Fab service given in all aspects to my mam. The owner has vast experience in social work and understands the needs of patients, families and carers. Caters to individuals needs. Lovely rapport built with trust. Carers’ took time to get to know Mam's history and adapted a high level of stimulation throughout her progression in dementia. Personal care was vital - adhered to with compassion, gentleness, privacy and love. All this created a calm, relaxing, loving and friendly atmosphere. All notes were made, full handover given before leaving. Mam was as happy as she could be, she often laughed with them, kept her clean, comfortable and fed as much as she’d eat. A shift was never missed. I cannot fault this agency, I’m very happy that my mam was lucky enough to enjoy the end of her life the best she could whilst in their company - angels sent from heaven. “Thank you” for all you did for my mam and me - thank you doesn’t seem enough!
