My aunty has required care in her home since two periods of hospitalisation at the end of 2023. The care which has been provided by Right at Home is exceptional. The supervisory and management team keep up excellent communication and offer superb advice and suggestions. This is very welcome when trying to look after an elderly relative as it is often very difficult to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing when it is something you are not experienced with. The caregivers are so kind and caring, very often going above and beyond their standard duties to help out both my aunty and us, her close family. Myself and other close family members live over an hour away from my aunty, so it's very comforting to know that she is in such good hands. Right at Home, you are doing an excellent job - thank you.

My mother-in-law needed care suddenly after a short illness. I rang Right at Home Loughborough who answered the phone straight away, they arranged everything in a professional, friendly way. The carers arrived at more or less the same time each day. They helped my mother-in-law to get dressed, prepped breakfast and other meals, hot drinks etc. The staff were clean and well presented and more than helpful, cleaning the bathroom, making beds, and putting the vacuum around when asked to do so. Very good service, not cheap but worth it.

Right at Home Loughborough are an outstanding provider of care services. They have provided care for my mother for three days per week, for over eighteen months. The care staff are all friendly and extremely competent. The management systems kept at her home, ensure that any issues are reported and notified to other carers, and escalated if required. The company has also helped provide other services including advice on how to claim attendance allowance.

Right at Home are providing outstanding care to my mother. They have been very careful to understand her needs and match her with a carer who has helped her adjust as she is needing increasing levels of support. Taking her food shopping and ensuring the food is put away once home, leaves Mum able to manage her own meals. She really looks forward to the visits and companionship as well as the practical help she receives. I highly recommend Right at Home.

I have used Right at Home a couple of times already to look after my husband for a few days while I've been away but this time it was 17 days, but as usual, the Managing Director and the whole team took it in their stride. The cat was fed, plants were looked after, and of course, my husband had a lovely time chatting with the different care givers! So professional in getting the job done smoothly, while so friendly and caring. I have no reservations about using Right at Home and from our experience I would highly recommend them. A great team.

This company stepped in at short notice when my mum was end of life. They were really responsive to our needs and provided a top-quality service. The staff were capable, warm and friendly whilst maintaining professional boundaries. One staff member, in particular, was incredibly supportive in providing care at the time most needed. The management were available and responsive and so supportive during the bereavement. We couldn't have asked for a better company to support us and will def recommend and use it again when needed. Right at Home have been working with my father for some two and a half years, visiting him three times a week to take him shopping, to appointments etc. At that time I lived abroad and was very happy with the input he was getting. I returned to the UK in October of last year this input of care continued. However, some three weeks ago a carer from Right at Home contacted me to say that he seemed rather confused and had got all his tablets mixed up. She suggested they call in each day which I agreed to. I went to see my dad and it was obvious that there had been a sudden deterioration. That soon got to a stage where he required three visits each day. On one visit the carer called his senior as dad was having toilet issues. She assessed the situation, called 999 and he was in hospital for a week. Two days after his discharge he again had problems. 999 was called, took 12 hours to arrive. The member of staff stayed through the night with him. Incredible. The level of care from Right at Home is second to none.

I am happy with the service. The caregivers are calming and patient, professional and caring. They are very understanding of my needs.

Assessment was through I wouldn't want to go to another care company.
