After using another care provider I decided to to try Walfinch. I cannot recommend them enough. The difference in my mum is 100% better and so is her home . The carers look after my mum with respect and kindness. I also love the fact that I can look at the care notes after each visit . If I need to swap a visit there's never any problem the office staff are only to happy to help . I can see why the carers like to work here it's a as it's reflected in their work .

Your local Mansfield branch of Walfinch is owned by Managing Director, Tiffany Meachim.
Previously Tiffany has worked for five years as a Local Area Advisor alongside the Walfinch head office team. In this role, she gained invaluable experience providing essential support to both carers and clients.
Since opening the Mansfield branch, Tiffany has further harnessed her management skills. Drawing on her in-depth knowledge of home care, she has developed an excellent reputation for supporting her experienced team of carers in delivering a high standard of flexible care.
Tiffany is an active member of her local community and, when she is not working, enjoys being creative in the kitchen and spending time with her family.
