We started using Corfe Care several years ago now, first for my Mum & now for my Dad. They were chosen by my parents themselves. I have since been so grateful that they made that decision.
They cared for my Mum with such compassion, enabling her to stay at home despite being quite frail. Cooking meals,
providing personal care and general help around the house. And all provided with respect, dignity and a smile.
When my Mum passed away my Dad decided to continue to have Corfe Care visit every day & now has a small team of the same carers each week and enjoys having a chat and a bit of 'banter' with them every day. They provide excellent care and everything is tailored to his individual needs.
The main thing that sticks out for me when I think of Corfe Care is that every member of the team actually really does seem to care about my Dad and they love what they are doing. It's a difficult job but they do it with kindness, compassion & skill.
I can't recommend Corfe Care highly enough.

It's a hard time when you have to choose care for your parent. Corfe Care were recommended to me by a friend, and I have never regretted it. The manager and her team have been fantastic with my mum, giving great care and kindness at a time in life that mum needs a lot of help, as she slowly gets more
frail they always keep you updated on what mum might need and are very approachable if you have any questions on the care provided . Great service highly recommend

Have been using Corfe Care for over a few years for 2 family members We have found the level of care to be very professional and sympathetic. They have well and truly exceeded all our expectations. All staff members appear to be well vetted and monitored regularly. I would happily recommend this company,
as we have done already to many people.

It was a big step forward for us as a family to decide the time was right to engage personal weekday home care for my Mum.
I looked at a variety of reviews and recommendations from Corfe Care and after meeting with the owner, I felt reassured that they provided consistent, local care tailored to the
individual needs of their client. A strong team of lovely people. My 102 year Mum absolutely adores the small team of carers and to hear her engaging with them, having a bit of banter and laughter, is music to my ears. As a sole carer, letting go and trusting other people to care for a loved one is a big step. I struck GOLD the day I picked up the phone TO CORFE CARE. They're all brilliant, lovely genuinely caring individuals.
We would be lost without them.
Thank you to every one of them. Including the lady in office who is a great point of contact. Weekly schedule of carers and time sheets helps to keep us on track.

We are very happy we found Corfe Care, it is a personal, friendly and very reliable local service. The manager takes time to understand individual care needs and preferences. Always tries to accommodate any changes or additional requests and is happy to discuss any new circumstances that arise and offer
support as to how best to handle. Communication is great. The carers are very friendly and professional. Dad knows each week who is coming and it is from a small group of regular carers so they can get to know each other. If anyone new comes, they are introduced and trained by one of the regular carers, so always a familiar face. All are observant and if they have any concerns about Dad it is always passed on immediately even if it is just to alert us that something has run out. Thank you so much for all you do.

The manager and her team came on board to care for my Dad after a stay in hospital with a heart failure diagnosis. For the last 3 and 1/2 years they have looked after him with utmost professionalism and he truly loved to see his carers. We had him for so much longer than expected and for that I will
be eternally grateful. Sadly he lost his battle on 17th December.
I would highly recommend the Corfe Care team if you are searching for a team of dedicated carers who go above and beyond.

We started using Corfe Care to help with my mother-in-law's care, just over a year ago, following a bad experience with another company. It really was the best decision we could have made.
The staff are all very thoughtful and kind.
The timekeeping and communication is excellent. The manager is
completely on top of everything and goes out of her way to help, even out of hours.
New carers are always introduced to mum-in-law before they start, so no unexpected surprises.
We would highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Corfe Care highly enough, They provide the best care and you can tell they genuinely do care. They are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We trust them 100% with the care of our nan and we know how much she means to them and vice versa.
We would simply not
use anyone else.

We came across Corfe Care while looking for care for my nan and we are so happy we did.
All of the care staff that look after her are so friendly and so professional and they really do provide the most perfect service. If we ever need anything or a change with Nan then the manager is only a call away
and its dealt with. We can go away and know that Nan is in really safe hands.
I will always recommend the manager and the team at Corfe Care.

The manager is very friendly and approachable and immediately understood the needs and care my mum needed and put me at ease knowing mum was in safe hands. All the carers that came out were very professional and provided a very high standard of care whilst being very friendly and caring towards my mum.

Corfe Care stepped in to look after Mum when we were not able to provide the level of care she needed. Without exception, everyone we came into contact with, from the carers who visited Mum to the office staff and the management team, were kind, thoughtful and professional. We could relax in the knowledge
that Mum got the help she needed and it was all on her terms. The carers were there to do a job, but ultimately become good friends to Mum under the most difficult circumstances. A big thank you from the whole family.

To start with, I was very nervous about a carer looking after me. I was very soon put at ease, I was treated with dignity and much respect. I knew each day who was coming which gave me confidence. At first, I needed a lot of care but I have been able to get stronger and a lot more confident. The carers
have done just what was needed with lots of gentleness, love and kindness. We have had lots of fun and laughs together, in fact, I recommend everything about Corfe Care to anyone.

Struggling to write this review without it seeming unbelievable but honestly if I could give Corfe Care 10 stars I would, such is their level of care and professionalism in their dealings with my Mum, and me as the point of contact.
Like all good businesses, it all stems from the top and the manager
deals with everything with real compassion, humanity and also good humour which helps enormously when talking about such matters. All the carers that have visited Mum are without exception very kind and sensitive to Mum's needs and nothing is ever too much trouble, I feel very lucky to know that when I cannot be there she is in the hands of such good, genuinely caring people.
Having used Corfe Care for almost a year this review is somewhat late in coming but heartfelt nonetheless and I can happily recommend this wonderful local company in the strongest possible terms.
Thank you to the manager and all your wonderful staff for doing this vital job so brilliantly, please pass on my thanks to the whole team.

I cannot praise Corfe Care enough. Mum receives top-class care, the staff are lovely and easy to get on with. Corfe Care are very flexible with Mum's visits, understanding and friendly. High standard of service. We are very pleased.

If I could give Corfe Care a higher star rating I would.
They are a really nice, friendly, small local team and my late mum really looked forward to seeing her regular carers, which helped because they got to know her when she wasn't feeling quite right.
They were always kind, friendly and trustworthy.
I'm
so glad my mum had them looking after her so well. The manager was always very approachable to any family member with any concerns.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone local that needs their services.

I am so pleased that, when I was looking for a care provider, I was lucky enough to find Corfe Care. From the very beginning, they have been professional, efficient, kind and friendly. They are brilliant with my mum and so lovely to us all. I cannot speak highly enough of them.
The manager runs a
fantastic company which provides an excellent service at all times. I know the carers are delighted to work for her. I would not hesitate to recommend Corfe Care.

We feel so incredibly thankful and lucky to have Corfe Care as Mum’s care team. Right from the very first visit, everything was explained to us, and every effort made to accommodate Mum’s needs. They go above and beyond in everything they do for Mum, listening to her needs. Nothing is too much trouble.
What warms my heart is hearing Mum laugh with these wonderful carers because they turn up every day full of smiles and cheer. But it’s also their attention to detail when something isn’t ok with Mum, and the communication they give is second to none. Mum is very fond of the carers, as we all are. We’ve never experienced such genuine care. It’s very heartwarming and we couldn’t ask for more.

Both my parents and, as a family, we were really reluctant to use carers, however, Corfe Care have been an absolute Godsend. My parents have built a fantastic bond with all the carers and trust them 100%. Trust is so important. The carers are always punctual, friendly, efficient and treat my parents
with respect and dignity. Their knowledge and understanding of dementia is invaluable, and they do not speak to my parents with anything but patience and understanding. The communication from carers to the family is very good and extremely helpful. My parents look forward to the carers coming in and that speaks volumes. I would recommend this care facility, without any hesitation, to anyone who needs that extra care to stay in their own home.
