I cannot praise Corfe Care enough. Mum receives top-class care, the staff are lovely and easy to get on with. Corfe Care are very flexible with Mum's visits, understanding and friendly. High standard of service. We are very pleased.

Corfe Care has been a wonderful addition to Mum's daily routines over the past 6 months. They are always professional, caring and compassionate. Using a local company has meant that Mum has got to know her carers and genuinely looks forward to seeing them. I have no hesitation in recommending Corfe Care to anyone who may need their services in the local area. They are excellent.

We feel so incredibly thankful and lucky to have Corfe Care as Mum’s care team. Right from the very first visit, everything was explained to us, and every effort made to accommodate Mum’s needs. They go above and beyond in everything they do for Mum, listening to her needs. Nothing is too much trouble. What warms my heart is hearing Mum laugh with these wonderful carers because they turn up every day full of smiles and cheer. But it’s also their attention to detail when something isn’t ok with Mum, and the communication they give is second to none. Mum is very fond of the carers, as we all are. We’ve never experienced such genuine care. It’s very heartwarming and we couldn’t ask for more.

Both my parents and, as a family, we were really reluctant to use carers, however, Corfe Care have been an absolute Godsend. My parents have built a fantastic bond with all the carers and trust them 100%. Trust is so important. The carers are always punctual, friendly, efficient and treat my parents with respect and dignity. Their knowledge and understanding of dementia is invaluable, and they do not speak to my parents with anything but patience and understanding. The communication from carers to the family is very good and extremely helpful. My parents look forward to the carers coming in and that speaks volumes. I would recommend this care facility, without any hesitation, to anyone who needs that extra care to stay in their own home.

Corfe Care is an excellent organisation; they are kind and caring, always punctual and very friendly to the client as well as the family. We are always in regular contact with the carers, and they always return our calls or enquiries promptly and efficiently. We are all delighted with their continued support.

After having several failed care packages I came across Corfe Care, at last someone who shared my standards. My dad has vascular dementia and is treated with respect and patience. The biggest thing for me is the consistency of care, always the same person. Communication is excellent, any concerns are written in a daily report for me to see or a phone call if more urgent. Thank you very much for being there for dad and I when we need you.

My mother has extremely poor health - physically and mentally. She received excellent care, given with kindness and thought and always with her highest good in mind. I am extremely grateful for everything they did.

As a family, we initially contacted Corfe Care as our nan needed support with her personal care. Nan was very reluctant to accept care but she quickly built a relationship with the carer, who was patient, compassionate and understanding. Unfortunately, Nan declined quickly following a heart attack and her care changed to end of life. The carer was extremely knowledgeable and professional in dealing with other professionals involved in Nan's care. The care of our nan was second to none and as a family trying to deal with this heartache the carer was incredibly supportive, gentle and kind. We could not have managed without her. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Corfe Care, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband's stepfather had been ill for some considerable time and we being in our 70's found it increasingly difficult to give him the special nursing care that he needed. Not wanting to put him in a home we sought the help of a newly formed company, namely Corfe Care Ltd. Within a couple of days, we were discussing the sort of care that my stepfather needed and everything that we needed to know was explained fully to us including sort of care, costs, timings, etc so we knew exactly what we could expect from the care package. Sadly, my husband's stepfather has now passed away but to the end the care he received was exemplary. The rapport that he had with his carer was lovely to see and the attention to detail in all aspects of his care just could not be bettered. We are indebted to his carer for her time, care and help whilst she worked with us all and we cannot praise Corfe Care Ltd highly enough.

This homecare was originally recommended to me through a friend who had also used her care services, from the first telephone conversation the manager put me at ease with her professional and caring mannerisms. She was extremely flexible with Grandad and often went above and beyond to ensure his care needs were met. Grandad felt very comfortable around the manager and she quickly became one of his friends. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services. I cannot thank her enough for all her help.
