If for any reason the carer is going to be later than the scheduled time, whether it be an issue with the previous client, or traffic related, I am always contacted by the management to let me know.

My dad was ever so well supported by the Cornhill Care team and they genuinely cared about him. They helped with food, dressing, washing and made a difference to him every day. Good overall experience. Any issues raised are generally addressed quickly and efficiently, management staff are great. Smooth running of service, staff typically attentive, understanding and friendly.

The staff on the whole are very good. They manage to encourage the client to drink and have something to eat and go to the toilet. They give the client a good wash or bath (health permitting) and always cream their body, check for any sores on our behalf. They come at regular times, which is important, as the client likes to be in a routine. The client does not like having carers (but they need help) but they tell the client it's your time to be pampered and to take things easy. Having carers has taken a lot of pressure of myself and extended family.
