CornHill Care have been an absolutely fantastic support for my mum and my family during the past few years. My mum had regular carers every day and she wasn't the easiest to manage. Yet all of the carers and the management were brilliant at communicating, supporting and ensuring my mum was safe and well looked after at every stage. They went above and beyond on so many occasions for us and they were always kind and patient at all times. My mum also needed various emergency care situations which were unpredictable and unforeseen. Yet again at such times, the staff were helpful and able to be flexible when it was needed. I would thoroughly recommend Cornhill Care as a hugely supportive team that helped us through such a challenging time. They have all been amazing.

My mother consistently gives excellent feedback about the care and support she receives from the Cornhill team. Compared to previous care providers, the staff at Cornhill go above and beyond to ensure she feels supported, respected and valued. They deliver care with kindness, dignity and professionalism, always taking the time to listen and respond to her needs. The quality of service has given both my mother and our family peace of mind, knowing that she is being cared for by people who genuinely have her best interests at heart.

The care workers are always friendly and polite, they always deal with my father in a positive way, even if he is being a bit difficult (he has Dementia). Any queries that may arise are always dealt with efficiently once I have made a telephone call to the Manager.

The staff on the whole are very good. They manage to encourage the client to drink and have something to eat and go to the toilet. They give the client a good wash or bath (health permitting) and always cream their body, check for any sores on our behalf. They come at regular times, which is important, as the client likes to be in a routine. The client does not like having carers (but they need help) but they tell the client it's your time to be pampered and to take things easy. Having carers has taken a lot of pressure of myself and extended family.
