Such amazing care and kindness from B who visited my Dad regularly. He was intuitive about my Dad's needs and went above and beyond to help. Having been reluctant to accept a carer my Dad looked forward to B's visits.

Highlands Care have been looking after my husband for five months since he became bed bound and I could no longer look after him alone. I was impressed by the professionalism, approachability and thoughtfulness of the Manager when she visited to discuss my husbands needs. He is unable to do anything for himself and therefore reliant on his carers. Daily care is provided by a small number of carers so they have each got to know my husband and he is always pleased to see them. They look after him with endless patience, thoroughness and good humour. I feel that I was fortunate to have been recommended to them and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I am very happy with the care provided by Highlands Care. All the carers have been kind, helpful and cheerful, and have done everything asked of them. Their client has not been perhaps as obliging as she might have been but the carers have been unfailingly patient and accommodating nonetheless.

I found the Carer from Highland Care looked after my husband very well whilst I had to go away for a few days to attend a family funeral. I spoke to her and my husband every day and he was happy with the care she provided which was reassuring for me.

My experience of Highlands Care is exemplary. It is genuine 'care' that is provided along with warm, friendly carers. They very much work alongside me to cater for mums individual requirements. I spend a lot of time with mum so am there to see first hand the care that is provided. A big plus for mum, despite being double handed and four calls a day, we have only ever seen four carers and occasionally the Manager, this enables continuity and the ability to build up a relationship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, if only all care companies were like this!

He finds his carer" a useful and helpful chap who usually does things to me and for me that are a good idea!" I feel secure in the knowledge that if I go away on holiday he will monitored as closely as ever and that I will be contacted very quickly with any concerns, such as medication problems. The agency are also available to help with any falls Dad may have outside of his care hours, which is a weight off my mind being a 2 and a half hour drive away from him. I am no longer the only person keeping an eye out for and caring for my Dad which means I can go back to being his daughter again for a while. When you find an agency you can trust it is such a relief!

I am very satisfied with the way Highland Care Ltd have looked after my needs and have been very supportive to me at 90 years old.

The staff treat my wife with respect and dignity. Her Alzheimer's is advanced now and doesn't talk much but they still talk to her like she would and try to join her in conversation. They tell her what they're going to do so nothing is a surprise. The manager always sends the same carers, which is very helpful at this stage.

It is early days yet but I have found the service excellent, the carer is so helpful.

We have received first class service from all the staff. They have met all our needs and more. Even our emergency requests have been covered no matter how difficult it must have been.

The Highlands team have become an extension of our family.

The carer is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provides outstanding support. My mother looks forward to her visit and always says how much she has enjoyed the experience. I was impressed by the time and effort spent getting to know my mother and making sure her needs were understood.

All of the team that are supporting my father especially the primary carer have been exceptional, truly going above and beyond, whilst at the same time dealing with our mother and her dog in a very sympathetic manner. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends.

Many thanks to you and everybody at Highlands Care for the care that you gave my mother in the final months of her life. Without your help, it would not have been possible for her to stay at home for as long as she did. She was always treated with the utmost dignity and respect and consequently grew to trust you and accept your help. My family and I were always able to rely on you to attend as promised and to be flexible in your response to unforeseen circumstances. I count ourselves as very fortunate that you were the care agency involved in looking after my mother.

A particular member of staff is an angel. I have never met anyone quite like her, empathetic, kind and utterly trustworthy. I needed emergency assistance with the care of my mother who has vascular dementia. Thanks to the member of staff in our hour of need, the safety, health and above all dignity of Mum were not only preserved but totally safeguarded in the nicest possible way. I cannot imagine what would have happened without her. I cannot recommend her more highly. Anyone else who may need Highlands care help in the future can relax completely confident that their loved one is in the best possible hands.
