MSK Healthcare have cared for dad for almost two years. Their professionalism is outstanding and the care and support they gave to dad after being diagnosed with vascular dementia has been second to none. The carers have been trained to the highest standard and we cannot fault the support they gave, not only to dad but to the family too. We found it a privilege to have the same two carers for dad (especially as his behaviour was challenging at times!) The Management were so supportive and were brilliant adapting to our needs. The consistency having these two wonderful men really helped my 92yr old dad throughout this extremely difficult time, creating a special bond and friendship with him. During dad's final two weeks of palliative care, we were able to keep dad at home, respecting his wishes. This was only made possible because of the amazing support, care, compassion and love they gave, as they continued to care for dad with such respect and dignity. Thankyou All at MSK

Absolutely fantastic staff who went above and beyond in caring for my father in law. They genuinely really cared for and looked after him extremely well. We still keep in touch even after my father in law passed away.

Personally I'm a little wary of gushing reviews where everything gets 5 stars, but genuinely this is what I feel MSK deserve. If you are hesitating about getting carers in, don't.

Personally I'm a little wary of gushing reviews where everything gets 5 stars, but genuinely this is what I feel MSK deserve. If you are hesitating about getting carers in, don't.
I first encountered the manager and her team when they took on the package of care for my father who had had a long spell in hospital last year. They were understanding and flexible; the carers respectful and gentle. They have adapted as he has improved.
More recently my mother has needed support in the home. To be honest she was initially reluctant, feeling she 'ought to be able to' look after herself but the manager worked with us both to find the best set-up - a combination of autonomy and support.
The MSK paperwork is clear and thorough so we know where we are and there are options to both increase or reduce the provision.

I say us as they have taken a huge weight from me by caring for my adult son so efficiently and with compassion, kindness and professionalism.
I have a significant health issue and this has been respected.

My son's care is paramount and each staff member's compassion has been evident. I'm so pleased we have these wonderful people as part of our home routine.

My partner has been receiving care for the last 12 years. MSK took over her contract a year ago and has given exceptional levels of care. They are always on time and very professional and caring. My partner has been receiving care for the last 12 years. MSK took over her contract a year ago and has given exceptional levels of care. They are always on time and very professional and caring. If we need to alter our times for hospital visits etc they always do their best to change them. All the carers are cheerful and helpful. The best care company we have had.
