They spoke to my mum and made her smile, holding her hand lovingly. Gently washed her. Gave her water, then when she couldn’t swallow swabbed her mouth. They are a wonderful team of careers I couldn’t fault them. I got to know most of them by name and each and every one of them were fantastic.
I don’t think it’s a job for any of them, it’s a vocation.
Thank you very much all of you.
I will never forget your kindness to my mum and also to us.
Thank you so much for your lovely words, we hope you are all well.
As a family, we are very grateful that my dad’s last wishes were granted and for the support shown to my dad, but also to my mum during this period.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we hope you are all well.
We are working as a team to help my neighbour, and all the care staff are so helpful and responsive.
I cannot recommend the Royal Care Thanet group enough.
