I stayed here with my daughter to visit my sister. The staff made us feel very welcomed and the place is very well run. My sister is getting the very best care from the staff, nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation for family to visit is very clean and comfortable. It's great as it enables me
to stay over and spend quality time with my sister. Overall the staff made us very welcome and helpful and my sister is receiving excellent care. I have greatly appreciated everything.

Excellent service for the washing and bathing. Reliable and flexible. Communicate well, particularly with the main carer. They have a good rapport with their client and do not rush but take time to ensure the client is happy.

The team has been providing care for several months. The client is proud and wants to remain independent. Initial days, the team gained the client's trust, and were able to wash/apply creams, client no longer gets infections. The team makes breakfast and hot and cold drinks. Oversees medication, as
the client gets confused about which to take. The team prepares lunch, as the client may not bother. I prompt the client to eat, via telephone. The team contacts me if there is a problem. They noticed a lump on the client's body. I got a Doctors appointment, but fortunately, it was nothing serious. The team notices anything different / not right. The team does an amazing amount in the time allotted. Chatting with the client and asking about their day, building a relationship. The team has allowed my family to worry a bit less. The client has recently been reassessed and allocated additional care time, to include dinner, overseeing their evening tablet, make sure the client is comfortable for the night. The team is kind, caring and professional, just what is needed.

We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
Outstanding - the service is performing exceptionally well.
Good - the service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
Requires improvement - the service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
Inadequate - the service is performing badly and we've taken enforcement action against the provider of the service.
