All the carers are just delightful, the care they give my dad is absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and indirectly they support my mum too. They are all a credit to themselves and the company and should all be very proud of the job they do. We love them all, they are fab, fab, fab!

Ultimate Care have been coming to look after my father for three months. He needs help with washing and dressing. We have 2/3 ladies who come on rotation. They are all absolutely lovely. Tatenda is a dedicated Care Assessor who excels in evaluating client needs and ensuring the delivery of personalised, high-quality care. With a strong focus on thorough assessments, Tatenda plays a key role in designing care plans that align with each client’s health requirements and personal preferences. Tatenda’s approach is rooted in person-centred principles, ensuring that each assessment leads to individualised support that enhances clients' quality of life.
Rebecca serves as a dedicated Service Manager with expertise in recruitment, compliance, scheduling and training coordination. Her role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of staffing and compliance standards, ensuring that both permanent and temporary teams meet the organisation’s high standards for care delivery.
