Good care, knowledgeable staff who care for the person they are supporting, good management structure make the person they are supporting at ease and happy, very good communication between staff management and the people they are supporting, very punctual, excellent all round service.

I am very happy with all the staff I have met so far but would prefer, if possible, to have fewer different ones coming for the morning shift as it is so much easier to build up a relationship with fewer, as happens on the other three visits.

Ultimate Care have been coming to look after my father for three months. He needs help with washing and dressing. We have 2/3 ladies who come on rotation. They are all absolutely lovely. My dad is more than happy to see them. Also very willing to help out with any other tasks. Kind, cheerful, punctual,
reliable and have no hesitation in recommending one hundred percent.
