Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire

We have been using Blue Angel Care for over a year now for my Granny. She is now 103 years old and fiercely independent. Recently her health has started to deteriorate and we had to increase the care package for a while. The carer's have been amazing. We can not fault any of them. They have given us advice when we've been unsure of things and have been so reassuring to Granny. The care supplied has been first class I would highly recommend this company.

Blue Angel are a fantastic care company. I am with them currently due to my mental health and they are fantastic at supporting me with this. The carers are lovely and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I couldn't ask for a better service.

We are so pleased with the care that my husband is receiving. The staff are all so friendly, helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble. They arrive each day on time and I can only thoroughly recommend this company.

Earlier this year I had to organise home care for my elderly mother which was very stressful living some considerable distance from her. After contacting Blue Angel Care they dealt with administration, assessment and setting up a package instantly for my mothers discharge from hospital. As a family we cannot thank them enough. Over several weeks I got to meet many of mum's care staff. They looked after mum so well helping her to maintain her independence and dignity. She became very fond of her regular carers and looked forward to their visits. I was kept informed of any health or welfare concerns which made me feel involved and part of mums care at all times. Mum felt fully supported by her carers as did I for general advice and a "listening ear" particularly when mum was very poorly. Sadly with my mother's sudden decline in health we had to make the decision to transfer her to residential care. Had this not been the case mum would still be under their expert care today.

I am very happy with the care - break & help with the housework. The carer is very kind & caring & helps me a lot.

The office staff and management are great too and always happy to help and accommodate care needs, if at all possible. When my mum was nearing the end, with severe health problems, I had trouble getting anything done, with the local doctor's surgery. Thankfully, Blue Angel management got involved and got things moving very quickly! I can't rate them highly enough!

The care my in-laws receive from Blue Angel is exceptional especially their main carer who comes in. Nothing is too much trouble for her to do very patient, compassionate & caring towards them. Whenever I need to deal with the office staff regarding my in-laws care they are very quick to sort out any problems I may have.

Blue Angel are amazing, they have been caring for my Mum for 18 months and we now have live in care with them. They are always there when Mum or I need them, I can only praise them, we needed care at short notice and they managed to sort it out straight away. I can't praise them enough. They have taken the stress out of finding care.

The girls are caring and kind and overall, five-star rating all round, will recommend to other people.

Blue Angel Care gives me a few hours each week to enable me to meet with friends without any worry. The carer is fantastic and manages to get him to do things that he wouldn't do for me. She is very patient and understanding of my husband's condition.

Overall, my experience with Blue Angel has been excellent and highly recommend them.

My husband has taken a break, I find it really does him good. Carers are very polite.

Blue Angel helped with the care of my Godmother and were really flexible filling in when her private carers could not make a visit, as well as covering visits as we increased her care with her increasing frailty. They were really good at communication, keeping me updated, and very caring with my Godmother. Would certainly recommend them.

The Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire carers are always nice and polite, they always greet both myself and my wife when they visit. No problems with times, we have a good relationship with the office, if we ever have a problem we call them and they sort it out which is very helpful to us.

Blue Angel were very quick to respond to a request for help for my mother at short notice. After a meeting in the afternoon I was given an option to have a carer that evening. We decided that the carer could wait for the next morning. When the carers did come they would be very patient with my mother. My mother found it difficult to know what the carers could do for her at the beginning. With patience and understanding my mother was able to build a relationship with her carers. My mother had a fall and the carer dealt with the situation very well and called the necessary assistance, staying with her until help arrived.

Telephone answering is immediate and the same care as with the service staff. I wish them all the best for the future.

Carer was so kind to my mother who was really struggling. Her energy and friendly manner encouraged her to get up and get going. I was able to leave her in very capable hands. Mum was feeling much better when the carer left.
