At a time when I was unable to do my own flat cleaning following discharge from hospital help from Blue Angel, was very much appreciated. On recovery, I treated myself to some more weeks of help from the same Blue Angel young lady.

The excellent staff from Blue Angel have been very patient with my husband, who was reluctant to accept help. They have taken the time to get to know him, put him at ease and given us some peace of mind when we cannot be there. Thank you so much, Blue Angels.

The carers always arrived cheerily and greeted my husband every time. He was gently treated when they had to move him and made him comfortable at all times. They made sure he was never in pain so ensured his last few weeks were as peaceful as possible.

Since June my step-mother has welcomed the visits of Blue Angel carers twice a week. The carers have built a trusting and caring relationship with her and are helping us to ensure her welfare. I also highly value the collaborative approach with the leading team as we modify together the care they provide as her needs change. They are always available and responsive with strong human values. The team provides a digital tool that allows us to read notes on how each visit went - this is highly informative to identify early future needs. We are grateful to and thank every member of the team for their work they provide with kindness and professionalism. We shall increase their involvement in the care of our dear stepmother in confidence.

After a traumatic experience in hospital and with a poor prognosis, Blue Angel Care was booked for my dad when he came home. They are kind, knowledgeable, reliable and never mind talking to me if I call to ask a question. They have reassured my very anxious and unwell Dad and given me peace of mind. Finding caring and efficient people to help my dad was amazing.

My nan recently started having a take a break once a week and absolutely loves being able to get out and have a good chat with the carers, they are all so polite and welcoming so thank you for making my nan's days out fun.

Blue Angel Care always provide excellent service. The office and carers always respond well to Mum's needs. They listen and are very proactive.

We are very happy with the service provided by Blue Angel Care workers who have been kind and caring whilst ensuring Mum’s care needs are met. It is so lovely to hear my mum having a good giggle with her helpers and seeing the interest they take in her and her well-being. We feel very fortunate to have this standard of care for Mum.

Can't praise them enough. Carers always very polite and respectful. They always ensure they respect my father-in-laws dignity. They chat away to my father-in-law, putting him at ease. They always try to accommodate any requests for changes to times of visits if we have hospital or GP appointments. Making it so much easier for all of the family to cope.

I would like to see Blue Angel Care take care of more of my relatives in the future if the need arises.

My mother is housebound so doesn’t really get to see anyone but the carers are very friendly and always make Mum laugh, they tend to all her needs and Mum enjoys the banter with them. They also have a bit of banter with my father.

Care taken, was very efficient and also very considerate. Staff were sociable and really helpful.

Found all the office and staff carers very helpful, kind and caring. I am supported at regular times. The carers respect my need to be independent. I have two visits a day to ensure of my well-being.

My dad was very lucky to have Blue Angel Care look after him after he came out of the hospital with pneumonia and cancer; he's very poorly, and all the staff that have been and still are looking after Dad have been amazing, very caring and understanding, never rushing and very attentive.

Having experienced other care companies, Blue Angel is one of the best care companies I have dealt with.

Blue Angels have improved the quality of my parent's life. They are professional, caring and reliable. Initially, provided support for my mum at short notice after a back problem in 2021 and have continued to assist her. Then last summer, following two hospital admissions, they provided support to my dad. Mainly to motivate him to do his essential exercises and walks. They both look forward to their twice-weekly visits. For me, they are amazing. I live a three-hour drive away, and it's such a comfort that they are caring for Mum and Dad.

Lovely care team! They go above and beyond for their clients. I can feel relaxed knowing my nan is being very well looked after in my absence. Thank you to each and every one of you, especially one carer in particular who went out of her way to give my nan what she really wanted for dinner tonight when she didn't have it in! It was very considerate and kind of you so thank you so much.
