Blue angel carers are very caring, patient and respectful. They take care of and are considerate of the client's home. They have delivered a high standard of care especially one staff member. We are only ending the care because mum requires long term care and has applied for benefits to help with the payments and Hampshire county council supply the carers.

Overall Experience

Service was put in place very quickly after my mum, 90 and still living independently, had a brief stay in hospital. Adapted as Mum progressed with her own capabilities. Definitely continue the service, even if at a reduced capacity, as the staff are friendly, helpful and caring, giving me reassurance and continuity all year round. Thank you.

Overall Experience
We are extremely satisfied with Blue Angel Care from the initial setup to the tailored care our mother is receiving.
The Carers always introduce themselves to mum and ask how she is when they arrive and treat her with dignity and respect.
They are always caring, friendly, cheerful and willing to carry out their tasks.

We are always contacted if there are any concerns.

Overall Experience

Blue Angel girls are just lovely. They are so good with my husband so caring and professional. They always come in with a bright and happy attitude. They always make a point of talking to my husband and asking how he is and always offer a shoulder to cry on or a good ear to listen to him when he is having a low day. We both look forward to them coming. They are so good with him from the practical caring side to the counselling side too. They always treat him with dignity and respect. I can't thank them enough. My husband always feels better when they have been. They are also lovely to me and ask how I am and always reassures me and gives me a cuddle when I need one.

My brother and I have been very pleased with the care given to our elderly mother. The carers have taken lots of trouble to get to know mum and chat with her as well as giving her excellent care and advising us as soon as any problems arise. The girls in the office are also very helpful and proactive.

Overall Experience

I have been very happy with all dealings with Blue Angel, whether by phone or when I meet carers in Mum's house. Everyone at Blue Angel is positive, sympathetic and observant. Any problems that Mum has had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Mum regards her carers as friends and enjoys their visits. This is a great comfort to me.

Overall Experience

No praise can be too high for Blue Angel. The care and support they provide for my mother is as good as if she were in a residential care home, but with all the benefits of my mother being in her own home, in familiar surroundings. Blue Angel must be commended for their attention to detail, and maintaining close contact with my sister and myself.

Overall Experience

My mum has dementia and has been having regular visits twice a day from the team. At first, she was nervous about the idea but as soon as she met the carers she was happy. She has settled into a routine with them and looks forward to their visits. I always get a prompt reply when I contact them with any queries or changes. Very reassuring!

Overall Experience

The team have been supportive in all avenues of care. Nothing is too much effort to support my dad during his end of life care. They are on hand by telephone if we need extra advice and care. My dad feels at ease with all the carers.

Blue Angel Eastleigh have recently started caring for my mum following an extended stay in hospital. She is in the early stages of dementia, has very poor sight and mobility issues but was desperate to stay at home despite being advised against this by all agencies involved. She had a different care company prior to her hospital stay but they were unable to accommodate her again so we had to find another.
My initial contact was with the care manager, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable (with a long nursing history) and reassuring and I was confident that they were the new company for mum. I’m so pleased with them, their practices and philosophy are very professional and the staff are pleasant and caring. My mum is not the most compliant of people but they have managed to persuade her that they are there to help her and are now doing things for her that the previous company were never able to in 4yrs.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Extremely pleased

Coral Bush

I started working in care in 2016, working in a childcare setting as an apprentice, focusing on SEND children care. I have since worked in a variety of different areas of care, ranging from Adult learning disabilities, Dementia specialist homes, to working for the ambulance services. I started working for Blue Angel Care in 2022 as a Caregiver.

I am now a Registered Manager. I enjoy my role as I am learning every day and discovering new skills.

In my spare time, I enjoy riding my motorbike and spending time with my family and friends.

Teodora

I joined Blue Angel Care in 2021 as a Senior caregiver and then shortly joined the office team as a Care Specialist. I now work as the training and Development Officer.

My journey in social care started in 2014 as a caregiver, and then over the years I became an experienced Field Supervisor. I am fully dedicated to delivering the best standard of care to our clients by working closely with the Blue Angel Care team at the Central Hampshire Branch.

Natalie Pragnell

Natalie started working in the care sector in 2009 as a Domiciliary care worker and started working for Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire in January 2022 as a Senior Carer, she was shortly promoted to the office team as a Care Specialist.

Natalie has progressed in her role and carries out the team's Coordination as well as client assessments/reviews. Hobbies are spending time with family and friends, and horse riding when time allows.

I started in care a year and a half ago with little experience. I felt part of the team immediately and had great training. After 6 months I was promoted to Senior caregiver. I have loved my journey so far and look forward to things to come.
