I’m extremely happy with my carers everyone is so different and they do their jobs exceptionally well. My carers make sure I have all to hand each day as my disability makes me unable. They give me choices throughout the day for meal times. The carers are always punctual and there is never anything that is too much. I’m very happy.

Delighted with exceptional service from manager and all her caring and friendly staff. Being confined to bed and being unable to stand my requirements are my very demanding but every challenge has been met with a smile and a cheery word.

Ebor Home Care is excellent. They looked after my neighbour for the last 2 years. We had them coming in 4 times a day, seven days a week. Needing help for my father who has Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s, I was recommended Ebor Home Care. I am constantly impressed with their services and care. My father's needs have developed over time and any concerns I have had I feel able to just message them and they understand and help with the situation. The daily care he gets always has a personal touch and they contact me with anything I need to know. I can totally recommend anyone thinking of using their services and thank them for the care they give to my dad when I can’t be there.

The carers that call in on my mum are very friendly and she enjoys their visits. They ensure all her needs are met and I am confident that when she should have additional care needs they will be able to fulfill that need. Knowing my mum is being looked after well gives me peace of mind.

Amazing! I cared for Mum for two years whilst looking after my family and working. As Mum deteriorated, the emotional side of things and her care of 7 days a week were just too much, I was sinking. I had a short amount of time with another home care company but honestly couldn't understand why they were at Mum's house or what they did. They seemed to agitate her more than help. Luckily Ebor Home Care was introduced to us, the team have changed my world! I would not have gotten through this year without them. The care, friendliness and professionalism are in their blood. The help and support to me alone have been life-changing! Mum can be difficult but they really bring out the best in her with patience and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been using Ebor Home Care for well over 18 months and find the team looking after my mum excellent. They connect with mum as a person and all the carers who deal with mum are warm and friendly while not losing their professionalism. The team kept me informed of anything they did with mum and between myself and the carers we made sure mum was happy and well cared for at all times. I couldn't have managed without them and would recommend them highly.

This care company really is amazing! Unfortunately, my grandad was with a previous care company that failed him. I was on the look for a new care team and I was recommended Ebor Home Care and I am so grateful for that. Ebor Home Care have taken my grandad into their loving arms and treat my grandad as if he was their grandad. The passion speaks louder than anything. Ebor Home Care gives you the highest quality of home care for you or your loved ones. Speaking from experience, I don't think you will find anyone better out there. The Director and her team are amazing and I cannot praise them enough. They go above and beyond and truly care. The only reason Mum's care stopped was because the time had come for her to be cared for in Residential Care, reluctantly by us. Ebor Home Care gives continuity of care, Mum always saw the same faces. Our Carers were always engaging, making Mum feel special and treated mum with dignity. They were always reliable and I had no worries, I knew she was well cared for. They are truly exceptional.

Carers have been known to me in a private capacity since November 2021 to date. Both the management and carers went above and beyond in the care provided to my mum, including the end-of-life care she required in her last weeks. They now support my dad. Their professionalism is equal to their compassion. Nothing was or is too much trouble and at no time have I had any trouble in contacting them and in addition, they make check calls to me to ensure that I myself am coping. Excellent all round and would highly recommend.
