I have held the major issues with this agency as my aunt likes her regular carers.
However, when there is change it is not told.
Recently, they changed the whole of her regular carers. The new carers knew nothing about my aunt and was talking to her like she was deaf. My aunt was distraught.

Recently, they changed the whole of her regular carers. The new carers knew nothing about my aunt and was talking to her like she was deaf. My aunt was distraught.
I had to call the manager to make a complaint, eventually her regular carers were back.
Then yesterday, she vomited all over her self and bed sheets. I called the agency only to find out, they changed her tea call to a half an hour later. No communication with myself or my aunt, but the contracted time on the support plan was 4.30pm and they moved it to 5pm. There could have been legal accounts. They tried to tell me about 30 mins leeway. However, there is not a legal standard with these words. It is a general statement just in case there is an emergency or a carer is stuck in major unexpected traffic etc..
