Care Moments

Care Moments have been caring for my mum since February this year. The manager and her staff are very passionate caring for my mum, nothing is too much trouble and I get regular updates on Mum's care. The staff are very professional, I can honestly say that this is the 4th care company that my mum has had and they are the best by far. They may be a small company, but they all have huge hearts.

My overall experience of the care and dignity I have received from the girls who have cared for me over the last year has been excellent. Never having had carers before, I was horrified to find myself in the position of having to have the most intimate care but the girls have treated me with the utmost dignity. Always willing to chat and have a laugh with me. Never once have they treated me as an old lady with problems. Always cheerful and I always look forward to seeing them and feeling better after their visit. I cannot find any room for improvement. Thank you so very much for the service you provide. I don't know where you find your girls, but they are wonderful.

I have been with Care Moments for over a year now. On the whole I have been very satisfied with them. We have had our differences but we try to sort it out between us. I have always found them cheery and helpful. There was a period a short while ago where time-keeping was a bit hit-and-miss but a bumpy period seems to have passed. It is very hard to keep an even level doing this job. They deserve more money for the hard work and dedication to their profession.

I would not hesitate to recommend Care Moment to people who would require their services.

The manager and her team cared for my mum after her discharge from hospital in February to her passing at the end of June. It's refreshing to find someone in the care sector who does genuinely care. It’s difficult, demanding and underpaid work. The manager's people skills, hands on management style and empathy are evident and shine through from herself to her staff, who are a credit to her. To know that Mum was in such good hands was not only a source of comfort to her but to her family. Thank you to the manager and you’re wonderful team.
