My feelings regarding Beloved Care well were do I start. Their work is top class and very professional. They have the right idea whenn it comes to caring for people. It is a hard job when selectin staff for the position of carer but Beloved tick all the boxes. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are highly respected by me and lots of others.

It puts my mind at ease knowing that they are there when others are not able to be.

What can I say , thank you isn't enough , for the help you provided for us with Big Alan (as he is known) over the last few months of his life , your staff shown us care , compassion, dignity, even always made sure even i was okay and needed anything we,will be forever grateful for the help and support especially me with Big Alan , an a special thanks to vini (as he was the main support worker that came to the house ) but also the other lads that came to support Big Alan i am forever grateful to them too , the management team especially (Amy) that would listen to our needs and concerns and make sure everything i asked for was in place. Couldn't of asked for a better care company to come in to my house and support us , thanks again

I am very happy with Beloved Homecare. All the staff are professional, respectful and treat me with dignity. They deal with all my needs, washing, making meals, administering medication. I could not live at home without their help.

I would like to thank all members of the team for the exceptional service they have provided for my mum. I was extremely happy with all aspects of my dealings with Nishanthan, the care coordinator. He was very caring and professional in his approach. I needed overnight care for my mum while I was away. I am so impressed with him going above and beyond to find a suitable carer for her. Sreekutty was the carer he chose and my mum seemed very happy and relaxed in her company. I couldn't have asked for anything more! I have no hesitation in asking them again when I have care needs for my mum in the future.

In main, attendance was very good and on time resulting in their visits being an enjoyable experience for myself and my wife.

Excellent service, in my experience. The carers are thorough, good tempered and ideal for the job. I enjoy talking to them, as well as being cared for by them. It is important for the carers to be both professional and kindly. Well done!

I was sad to see that a couple of the latest reviews for this company were not too good as I have found the staff who look after my mum wonderful. She has a few regular staff (Ruvi&Jas) who call twice daily and then a few others that cover every now and then. My mum and I have had a very positive experience with the staff and the way they manage mums care.They let me know if her meds are running low so that I can order more. More importantly if mum has had a fall, which unfortunately she is prone to these days they let me know via text as well as adding to visit notes ( can be viewed on line). In fact last night a call was made to emergency services by the carer as there were concerns following the fall as mum had hit her head, I was contacted by phone call by carer to keep me updated. Personal care carried out efficiently and with empathy. My mum is deaf so chats are difficult but she likes the carers and our family certainly appreciate them.

Our experience of Beloved homecare, Moreton was awful. In a very short period (2 weeks) the carers failed to carry out even the basic tasks such as administering medication, they left my grandma in pain without prescribed pain relief for a back injury. They were rude to her, often not speaking at all or answering with short, snappy one word answers. No bedside manner or warmth and choosing to spend most of the time on their phones. On several occasions they failed to feed her up provider with a warm drink additionally they left the key safe open on one occasion and the front door wide open on another. The carers would constantly ring me about minor issues such as the airer of being full but failed to tell me that my grandma is sleeping in a wet soiled bed with no bedding on it and using a towel as a pillow. Office staff only got in touch when I changed the morning call to 45 minutes rather than an hour. This company only cares about profit, no customer service and a lack of morals.

We have still not had the information we requested such as the videos (yes they were filming my relative without our permission), and the visit logs detailing what had been done.

We were referred to Beloved through CHC funding and we honestly could not fault them. The carers always arrived when expected and I really liked the system where they scanned a code on arrival and departure which meant that they spent the full allocated time with my mum. Most importantly to us was that every single carer was wonderful - they were professional, very kind, caring and gentle. My mum also enjoyed their company - they always had time to chat as they worked. I know how much they cared by their reaction when my mum sadly passed away overnight one night and we were unable to contact them before the morning visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the carers and would recommend with no hesitation at all.

Wonderful care providers! Mum is attended by all- female team, as per our request as she is 92yrs & has Vascular Dementia. She can be very difficult, verbally aggressive & occasionally physically aggressive too but these fabulous girls are patient, attentive & treat mum with great kindness, always preserving her dignity. They have taken the time to get to know mum, her likes & dislikes, consequently we as a family cannot praise them highly enough. We have complete confidence in their ability to care for mum & are greatful for their exceptionally high level of care. Thank you.

All the care professionals are so kind, dedicated and friendly. My mum really enjoys having them visit. They help her maintain her independence at home whilst providing excellent support for her health and well being.

Carers have been visiting my mum for over a year now. All the carers have been kind, gentle and thoughtful and she is very happy with the carer who visits regularly. The service maintains good contact with me and always responds to requests such as they changed mums carers to exclusively female when asked.

I am extremely happy with the service provided through Beloved Homecare. All staff are friendly and attentive to my mother's needs. Time keeping is excellent. Staff are engaging, enthusiastic and reliable. I have no concerns and feel that we are very fortunate to find such a good service.

My experience with my carers has been a wonderful experience, they come in with a smile and go out with a smile. I enjoyed having them in my flat.

When they come each day its like a friend calling and their relaxed manor shows they appreciate how awkward it can be for previously independent people to have to rely on help. I tell people how good our carers are and that they're from 'Beloved'.
