Thank you so much for the lovely review of our care team and especially the willingness to do things to make your sister feel comfortable. I am sorry to read your disappointment in the lack of continuity of care. Having reviewed the care services we provide, I have seen that since care started in April 2024 only five carers have been involved in the care of your sister. I have spoken with my coordinator who has also confirmed only two carers are supporting your sister for the month of July. It is vitally important that we provide suitable time away from work for our care team as they work incredibly hard. I do hope you understand. My care staff and client service manager thoroughly enjoy supporting your sister and making her feel comfortable and happy during all calls.
Thank you so much for your lovely review of our services. We have absolutely loved taking care of your needs for as long as needed. We were only too happy to also take your wife shopping and to the dentist appointments as a standard part of what we do and of course, we still enjoy coming to visit you in the care home with a cup of tea and cake!
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Our team thoroughly enjoy supporting your family while travelling abroad and at home. The 24-hour support our team provide is something we are delighted to help the family enjoy their day (and night). Having around-the-clock 24-hour care with the same carer allows us to get to know you and your family and aim for the highest standards of care. It is lovely to read our care team are fun to be around. We absolutely do like to take part and have fun while also being a professional service. We hope to support you for many more years to come!
Thank you for the kind words. Yes, you are right - our very first client all the way back in May 2021 and still going in May 2024! Over the last three years, we have increased calls to include church visits, shopping calls, cleaning calls and of course, going out in one of our fleet of London taxi cabs to accommodate the wheelchair.

Carl is the Registered Manager at Beloved Homecare and is responsible for the delivery of the service standards for the team.
Carl was appalled at the standards of care available in Wirral after his grandmother was often visited by carers who would stay no more than 5 minutes when scheduled for 30-minute calls.
Call-cutting is normal in Wirral and has become common practice by care provider across the Wirral area because local authority contracts will still pay providers the full time, allowing some carers to provide poor standards of service to clients on a regular basis. i.e. rush in and do the least amount possible and rush out to the next call as quickly as possible.
At Beloved Homecare our mission is Customer Service Excellence, not Customer Service "it will do."
Our priority is taking care of clients and changing how the industry operates to meet this standard.
Carl is a Chartered Health and Safety Professional and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Environmental Health, with specialisms in health and social care.
