I have been very happy with the service I have received. The staff are on time and fulfil my needs. I need a regular bill to pay what is due monthly so I can keep an eye on my expenses as I have increased the number of staff quite dramatically.

I use beloved homecare for respite care for my mum with dementia. Beloved homecare always accommodates my request for care even at short notice. They work to provide a carer my mum is familiar with and I know she's in safe hands. I can have a rest confident she is safe and well looked after.

The carers are extremely kind and caring. Always very polite + friendly. They have obviously been very well trained in caring for someone who is completely dependent on them for his personal care + mobility. They always treat him with respect. They arrive on time and spend the whole session taking care of him. Without these carers he would have been in a home by now.

My experience has been wonderful, my only minor criticism is punctuality, but having said that I don't really care how late they arrive, as long as they arrive. I understand the client before me may have caused problems, or traffic may have been a problem. Overall your staff deserve and receive the highest praise from me.

The carers are fabulous, very kind to my wife and always respond to her questions calmly. They cheer my wife up with smiles and chat and always listen and respond positively to all we ask or say. They're always happy to see her and very respectful and always leave our house tidy, and always clean away properly. We look forward (four times daily) to seeing them. It would be impossible to manage without them now. We have got to know so many of the girls who are all lovely people, so young and with beautiful names and personalities. The carers always wear full PPE and are always prepared for their visits. The care company management have also been extremely helpful if we've had a small, but to us, important query. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you very much.

Our carers really do enjoy spending time with your wife as they know the value it brings to her to have people coming four times per day to support independence. Homecare services are only one part of our wrap around service.

The team who look after my aunt are very attentive and treat her with courtesy. They arrive on time every day. They seem very friendly and are attentive. They carry out their tasks with care and are efficient. My aunt is very happy to be cared for in her own home.
They undertake their work professionally, with dedication and with a smile that lightens their tasks and demonstrates the caring attitude they possess.
It has to be said however that rather than a dedicated team, it becomes obvious when other carers attend, the home transfer process of my wife by sling and hoist is not as coordinated and as comfortable for her as it otherwise would be.
Overall, however, all carers are smartly presented, always on time and the level of care they provide meets the needs required.
Each of the carers during the week and weekend has their own personality and strengths. One thing that would improve the service further is consistency in patient-led care - making sure they are all listening fully to the patient.
The carers are lovely and professional. There has been the main carer for my sister for the past three weeks. I cannot speak more highly of her, she is respectful, professional, caring, prompt and willing to do absolutely anything to make my sister's life more comfortable. We quickly developed a relationship with her and she anticipates my sister's needs. In fact, she is an angel and I am sure her other clients feel the same.
I would have given the review five stars if I was just reviewing the carers - wonderful girls, all we have met - but this is a review of the service and I am disappointed by the lack of continuity of care.

I was a client of Beloved Homecare from November 2021 until May 2024 when I moved into a care home. The carers were excellent and also used to take my wife shopping too! The managers and owners still come to visit me and my wife in the care home regularly.

We were only too happy to also take your wife shopping and to the dentist appointments as a standard part of what we do and of course, we still enjoy coming to visit you in the care home with a cup of tea and cake!

Beloved Homecare has provided an excellent service and care since their inception, she was their first client, to my cousin. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond in everything they do.

Over the last three years, we have increased calls to include church visits, shopping calls, cleaning calls and of course, going out in one of our fleet of London taxi cabs to accommodate the wheelchair.
