The homecare team have been looking after my mum for the last two months. The best thing about the team is their reliability, passion, friendliness and thoroughness.
Each of the carers during the week and weekend has their own personality and strengths. One thing that would improve the service further
is consistency in patient-led care - making sure they are all listening fully to the patient.

Beloved Homecare has been looking after my wife for nearly a year and has always shown the utmost respect for her when carrying out their duties.
They undertake their work professionally, with dedication and with a smile that lightens their tasks and demonstrates the caring attitude they possess.
It
has to be said however that rather than a dedicated team, it becomes obvious when other carers attend, the home transfer process of my wife by sling and hoist is not as coordinated and as comfortable for her as it otherwise would be.
Overall, however, all carers are smartly presented, always on time and the level of care they provide meets the needs required.

Beloved Homecare has provided carers for my sister, who is terminally ill, since March this year. Initially two calls per day but now four per day. One hour in the morning and half an hour on the other visits.
The carers are lovely and professional. There has been the main carer for my sister for
the past three weeks. I cannot speak more highly of her, she is respectful, professional, caring, prompt and willing to do absolutely anything to make my sister's life more comfortable. We quickly developed a relationship with her and she anticipates my sister's needs. In fact, she is an angel and I am sure her other clients feel the same.
I would have given the review five stars if I was just reviewing the carers - wonderful girls, all we have met - but this is a review of the service and I am disappointed by the lack of continuity of care.

I am sorry to read your disappointment in the lack of continuity of care. Having reviewed the care services we provide, I have seen that since care started in April 2024 only five carers have been involved in the care of your sister. I have spoken with my coordinator who has also confirmed only two carers are supporting your sister for the month of July. It is vitally important that we provide suitable time away from work for our care team as they work incredibly hard. I do hope you understand. My care staff and client service manager thoroughly enjoy supporting your sister and making her feel comfortable and happy during all calls.

I was a client of Beloved Homecare from November 2021 until May 2024 when I moved into a care home. The carers were excellent and also used to take my wife shopping too! The managers and owners still come to visit me and my wife in the care home regularly.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, you are right - our very first client all the way back in May 2021 and still going in May 2024! Over the last three years, we have increased calls to include church visits, shopping calls, cleaning calls and of course, going out in one of our fleet of London taxi cabs to accommodate the wheelchair.

Rachael started Beloved Homecare in 2020 and has been the leader of customer service as a director and private client lead.


Rachael spends her time supporting our clients who travel internationally to Spain, Dubai, Jersey and the UK.


We operate care and support for UHNW clients who require support but also need to travel every three months between territories.


We have a dedicated team to support UHNW clients around the world at short notice.


Rachael is fully qualified for NVQ Diploma Level 3 with specialisms in dementia care, elderly people care and end-of-life care.

Charmaine

Charmaine Holland

Charmaine is the angel of our service. As ferocious as a lion, yet as gentle as a lamb.


Making sure the service provided to our clients meets our customer service excellence standards.


Charmaine has one purpose at Beloved Homecare, and this is to ensure the care we provide meets or exceeds client expectations.


Charmaine has first-line management responsibility for the small army of carers we provide.


Charmaine is a highly qualified care manager in both adult and children settings of over 15 years.

Donald worked in care facilities in Nigeria before arriving in the UK in 2023 to work for us at Beloved Homecare.


Donald has achieved the Care Certificate and specialist training in moving and positioning people, mental health support, end of life care and supporting older people.


Not only is Donald a much-loved carer by all of our clients but he is a fantastic Rapper and MC - with a Youtube channel showing his amazing voice and talent!

Nipa

Nipa Das

Nipa joined us in 2023 and is small but mighty!


Nipa specialises in Eldercare and mental health support.


After achieving her Care Certificate, Nipa also gained additional specialisms in medication administration, moving and handling clients safely, positive behaviour support, conflict management and physical intervention techniques.


Nipa spent time in mental health care homes to work with adult clients with learning disabilities and autism as well as working in the community to support elderly clients in Wirral.

Niyo was a qualified nurse in Sri Lanka in 2021 and joined Beloved Homecare in 2023 as a professional carer.

Nishi is often the person you will speak to on the telephone if you call our offices or the emergency on-call phone.


Nishi is a highly experienced carer having achieved NVQ 4 Health and Social Care in Sri Lanka as well as an MBA from Cardiff University.


Nishi is responsible for organising the care teams, rota management and providing day-to-day operational support.


Starting as a carer with Beloved Homecare in 2023, Nishi soon became trusted and relied upon our Client Service Manager to support and train other carers.


Nishi is the backbone of our service, supporting both clients and care staff on a daily basis.

Maryann

Maryann Uwadileke

Maryann joined us later on in 2023 and has been a wonderful asset to our care community.


You will often find Maryann in the Moreton area of Wirral supporting our clients around the CH46 area.


After completing the Care Certificate, Maryann also completed specialism training in catheter care, nutrition and hydration, medication administration and end-of-life care.


Maryann has won several team awards for her customer service excellence throughout 2024 and continues to be a wonderful carer to our elderly community.

Jim Longman

Jim is an exceptional carer with over a decade of experience in the care sector.


Jim has achieved his NVQ 3 in care with specialisms in dementia support, elderly people care and medication administration.


Jim can often be found training our new care team members as the final 'sign-off' to make sure they have achieved the Care Certificate.


Jim is our gatekeeper to ensure new carers are safe and competent to work in the community on their own. As such, his word is law when it comes to carer training.


Jim has a depth of care and compassion for people that shines through in every client feedback we receive.

Masudul has been an asset to us in building our clients in West Kirby and Heswall.


Extremely well-liked by clients and recently started training our new care team members, Masudul is an experienced carer and an excellent Tandoori Restaurant Operator too!

Apart from having the most awesome name we have ever heard (try saying his name like Power Ranger voices - MEGA RAJA!), Gobi is an excellent carer who specialises in elderly client care.

Gobi usually works throughout the Heswall and Bromborough areas of the Wirral and is very well-liked by our clients.

Carl is the Registered Manager at Beloved Homecare and is responsible for the delivery of the service standards for the team.


Carl was appalled at the standards of care available in Wirral after his grandmother was often visited by carers who would stay no more than 5 minutes when scheduled for 30-minute calls.

Call-cutting is normal in Wirral and has become common practice by care provider across the Wirral area because local authority contracts will still pay providers the full time, allowing some carers to provide poor standards of service to clients on a regular basis. i.e. rush in and do the least amount possible and rush out to the next call as quickly as possible.


At Beloved Homecare our mission is Customer Service Excellence, not Customer Service "it will do."


Our priority is taking care of clients and changing how the industry operates to meet this standard.


Carl is a Chartered Health and Safety Professional and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Environmental Health, with specialisms in health and social care.
