SureCare (Chesterfield & Worksop)

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to SureCare Chesterfield for the care they provided to my mum. There showed genuine compassion and professionalism.

The carers were not only attentive to my mum's needs but also treated her with dignity, patience. They took the time to build a real connection with her, which made a huge difference to her comfort and wellbeing. It was clear they truly cared, not just about doing their job, but about making her feel safe, supported, and valued.

The Communication was always excellent, and I felt reassured. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure she was well looked after.

I cannot thank SureCare enough for the support they gave both my mum and our family during this time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for the same.

Surecare staff have been great, they come in twice a day and led by me as to what's required each day. I am very grateful that they are so flexible as this enables me to still be in control of my own life!

After spending 2 weeks in a care home recently when I contracted a virus I appreciate this approach even more. As my condition progresses the ratio of things that I can do myself and things that I need help with will obviously change but I have no concerns that this will be managed well.

I can't say enough about the amazing care my grandparents have received since surecare chesterfield have been going round! They make my grandparents feel comfortable and they understand their needs and preferences. Communication is great and I'm always kept in the loop with their care.

We have used the Sitting Service for the first time this month and on 3 occasions. My wife has really enjoyed having the two different people in our house. This really helps me to get out for a while. Thank you Sure Care!

They support my dad with medication, household chores and assist in maintaining his independence.

Surecare have provide excellent care for my aunt and the communication with the Care Manager has been excellent. The team of staff that go in four times a day are all lovely and have really cared well for my aunt and treated her with the utmost dignity and kindness. I would highly recommend Surecare to look after your relative.

Surecare offer a superb service for all needs they are reliable , courteous and discreet they treat you with dignity and respect and are always just a phone call away if you wish to make changes to the rota or you have any questions no matter how big or small

First-class service with first-class care and good communication dealing with caring for our son and his mum and myself as a whole package without exception and dealing with all issues connected with our son's well-being.

SureCare have proved to be reliable and trustworthy, good communication with clear invoicing. I have and would continue to recommend them. For me, they have been very valuable in my mum's ongoing care.

SureCare provided home care for my dad on a daily basis, including breakfast, lunch, tea and beds. The care he received in my opinion was usually excellent, along with my sister who was the main point of contact and was very “hands-on” with SureCare along with my help. Dad is very set in his ways with not a lot a lot of leeway allowed! Even changing carers when they left the company and the change to a new carer could cause him anxiety, we managed to keep Dad's car at home until recently but due to his lack of mobility caused carers to need more time and therefore expense we decided to move him into a nearby care home and so the care is 24/7 but all credit to SureCare. I would recommend them to others, kind regards.

Very good. Carers are excellent, very chatty, that's what I like. Appreciate going along with my sense of humour!

Carers are efficient and aware of needs. Most do what is necessary and leave my satisfied.

Staff are polite, kind and professional. They provide safety and support, both practical and emotional for my mother. The whole team keep me informed and provide dignity and a gentle approach to Mum.

Agency first supported Mum with respite care at home to enable me to go on holiday (after Mum moved in with me and my family). When Mum deteriorated she then needed two carers four times a day ongoing to hoist and general moving and handling. The agency worked with us to ensure right amount of care and individual needs (eg -four times a day was too many hoisting sessions for Mum, so they supported us to experiment) and were flexible, so now three times a day (bigger pads/ meds 3x day) and increased support to include medications and meals when I go on holiday. Really good in sorting out any problems (nothing is trouble), they sort it out happily. All carers excellent, always new people (carers) come with usual carers (2 carers plus a shadow carer over several visits) so know routine and Mum.

So a big thumbs up from me and keep up the good work!

My preference is for paper invoices to be sent rather than email. I would prefer it to be sent monthly rather than two months together.

SureCare stepped in to help with care for Mum when we, as a family, did not know how we would cope. They have made a big difference to Mum's health and well-bring. All carers are kind, caring and considerate. We were so pleased and grateful when carers noticed a difference in Mum and acted quickly to help her. Thank you.

All carers are very willing and completely trustworthy. They each have different special skills, which I can call on, and their different life experiences are a big help with problems such as technology or how to access various health provisions etc.
