Before selecting SureCare, I read the reviews and visited the website to see the background information on the company. From the first point of contact, the office staff were friendly and open to suggestions on what my mum needed. From the initial meeting at the house to setting up the care package for my mum, it was a relaxing process and felt comfortable for me and my mum. The management and the regular care staff for my mum came to her first visit to introduce themselves. Any changes to timings, my mum was always informed, and any medical issues, I was always informed. I have no complaints about this care company, and I and my mum are very happy.

SureCare staff have always been helpful. They are punctual and never refuse to help with any tasks I ask of them.

The care given to my parents, both in their mid-90s and still at home together, has been and continues to be excellent. All the carers are friendly and cheerful and are able to cope with all the mood changes that old age brings! We are always notified of any issues that arise, and knowing that the carers are there four times a day gives the family more peace of mind. My parents have had a few medical emergencies in the last year, and we have been so impressed by the support that has been given by the care team. It's good to know too that we can discuss any issues by ringing the contact number. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone with similar needs.

From the very first meeting when the staff came out to do the initial assessment for my wife, the communication has been fantastic. I can't praise the staff enough; they listen to our needs and ensure these are met, taking into account all the risks I would never have thought of myself. They have offered suggestions that have been helpful and have signposted me to a carers support group for my own needs. The service takes into account the whole picture and supports the family members as well who provide the majority of the care to their loved ones. We would like to say a huge thank you to the staff. They have been very professional and caring towards my mother, who is suffering from dementia. They have also shown compassion and great communication with myself and the rest of the family.

I started doing my research online, and I came across SureCare. They were the perfect choice for my mum; they were so accommodating, and tailored the care to exactly what my mum needed. The care staff were so friendly and highly trained; I felt very comfortable knowing that my mum was being cared for so well. Getting carers in for the first time is daunting and very worrying, but I am very glad that I did, as it has made a huge difference to my mum's life, and she is so happy being at home and safe.
