The care given to my parents, both in their mid-90s and still at home together, has been and continues to be excellent. All the carers are friendly and cheerful and are able to cope with all the mood changes that old age brings! We are always notified of any issues that arise, and knowing that the carers
are there four times a day gives the family more peace of mind. My parents have had a few medical emergencies in the last year, and we have been so impressed by the support that has been given by the care team. It's good to know too that we can discuss any issues by ringing the contact number. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone with similar needs.

From the very first meeting when the staff came out to do the initial assessment for my wife, the communication has been fantastic. I can't praise the staff enough; they listen to our needs and ensure these are met, taking into account all the risks I would never have thought of myself. They have offered
suggestions that have been helpful and have signposted me to a carers support group for my own needs. The service takes into account the whole picture and supports the family members as well who provide the majority of the care to their loved ones. It clearly shows the staff are caring and empathetic in nature and would highly recommend SureCare Chesterfield to anyone seeking help for their loved ones.

From the first initial telephone contact to personalising plan to delivering the care for my dad, they listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and tried to find workable solutions that worked alongside the family. They showed professionalism and were extremely caring. SureCare is not
only a big part of our dad’s life but the family’s too; we would be lost without them. I would highly recommend SureCare, the care staff, office staff and directors go above and beyond. Thank you.

SureCare started looking after my husband in December 2021.
I cannot thank them enough for everything that they do.
Nothing is too much trouble. They are at our door at the same time every day. On the one occasion that they were going to be late, they called and let us know what was happening.
I
do not know what we would do without them.

The team cared for mum when she was terminally ill.
This was a difficult time for all the family, but the whole team was very professional, caring and compassionate. They were happy to adjust their support as the situation developed; they were very helpful with advice and suggestions, going the extra
mile to ensure mum's comfort.
Overall, we can't thank SureCare enough for their companionship during that difficult journey.

My mum had a fall recently at home, which resulted in her being hospitalised. To remain independent at home, she needed carers to come and help her with getting ready, meal preps and household tasks. I started doing my research online, and I came across SureCare. They were the perfect choice for my
mum; they were so accommodating, and tailored the care to exactly what my mum needed. The care staff were so friendly and highly trained; I felt very comfortable knowing that my mum was being cared for so well. Getting carers in for the first time is daunting and very worrying, but I am very glad that I did, as it has made a huge difference to my mum's life, and she is so happy being at home and safe.
