I would certainly recommend Walfinch to anyone in need of first class care.
Thank you for our lovely review, it is our pleasure to support you weekly.
I am delighted and so grateful for the care, kindness and support provided by the Walfinch team for my nieces and, indeed, myself. Without their commitment and passion to improve the quality of my nieces' well-being, they would not have been able to stay in their own home. I highly recommend them; their carers deliver an exemplary service each and every day.
They are all part of the Walfinch family, it is our pleasure to support them.
Walfinch listen to our feedback, do their best to adjust their services as we request, and are always helpful.
The people visiting my mother raise topics that should be attended to by the basic care services which is helpful for me as I am travelling sometimes so don't necessarily see what is happening day to day.
The service is well organised, well managed and you can trust them.
Our care team enjoy the support they are able to provide your mum.
Right from my initial enquiry the team demonstrated real understanding of the issues around introducing carers into an elderly person's routine, and I was quickly reassured that they would find just the right person for Mum, and they certainly have! Mum views her carer as a friend and looks forward to her visits. Support is given in a sensitive way and Mum always feels respected and never patronised or talked down to. From my point of view I feel confident that at times when I'm away or busy, Walfinch will step in and provide the help we need.
We are always here to support mum where we can, our team are dedicated in the care they provide and uphold our visoin in going over and above for everyone.
We have been clients of Walfinch Kingston and Weybridge branch since the beginning of this year and from the moment we enquired their approach and support has been caring and empathetic, keeping my Dad at the centre of all they do. Whenever we have had a question or request they have gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and comfortable. Every member of the team is professional, friendly and amazing at what they do and they have made my Dads daily life easier. The staff based in the office communicate regularly and are so very efficient and quick when we have altered our requirements. We would highly recommend this company if you are looking for care yourself or a member of your family.
Thank you so much for your recomendation I ahve shared this withour team.
They are quite expensive but worth every penny. Quality and professional care does not come cheap.
Wonderful that we are able to support you as a family.
I am living abroad but it is so comforting knowing Walfinch is caring for my uncle and at the same time, keeping an eye on my aunt. Both extremely, dear to me. In addition, I have regular contact with the team and their app enables me to check each of the calls with my uncle.
I would highly recommend Walfinch. 10 stars, Simply outstanding service.
A wonderful opportunity for us to care for your Uncle, thank you for your kind words.
We are absolutely delighted with the excellent care provided by Walfinch, everybody is so lovely and it is reassuring to know Mum is safe and happy. They are so flexible working with the family to provide care when needed and proactively support us and keep us updated on the app and group on a messenger app. Thank you.
I have been really impressed with the service my elderly mother has received from Walfinch. The individuals I have dealt with have been very professional and my Mum has really appreciated the help she has received whilst recuperating from a fall.
We have had a number of care agencies but for various reasons approached Walfinch. When a person came to asses my wife everything was explained very clearly and I was impressed with their thoroughness. They have always been prepared to go that extra step. All carers have been very professional, so kind and always on time. Nothing has been too much trouble and they all built up a very good relationship with my wife.
Peace of mind care. Efficient and professional. We can always rely on a quick response to our requests on any day of the week. The staff follow Mum's care plan and often go over and above what is required.
My dad has benefited significantly from the support and friendship they offer, we can't recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for your review, we always try and deliver the best possible service to all our clients, we are passionate about the care we provide.
We changed to Walfinch about 10 months ago. They are the fourth agency to provide care for my father and are by far the best. Their carers (long-term live-in and relief carers) have all been highly professional, competent, cheerful and caring. Relief care is booked in advance, so we are reassured when the main carer has a break, and they always allow a 24-hour overlap to ensure that the handover goes smoothly. They are well trained in handling, etc and have made some changes to improve the quality of my father’s care. The managers visit and stay in contact. They are easy to get hold of. My father is very satisfied with the care he receives and the cheerful companionship.
Thank you for the feedback, we enjoy working with you all as a family.
It seems to me that Walfinch has my godmother's best interests at heart and has gone out of their way to attend to incidents that have taken place at her house, even over weekends. The carer has been very attentive and has done her best to smooth things. We have had a few carer mismatches this past year, which has become apparent in my godmother's negative behaviour, but 2 of the live-in carers are working out very well. I understand that a good match isn't always easy to attain, and am pleased with the service provided.
We continue to strive for a good match with all our clients. It has been such a pleasure to have your godmother as a client in Kingston & Weybridge, and we look forward to supporting her in the future.
Walfinch Kingston & Weybridge have provided very good service to my Mother for the past 9 months. She originally had carers calling twice a day but has moved on to having a full-time, live-in carer. All the carers have been very good and my Mother and all the family have been very happy with the service provided. We would recommend it.
Wonderful to support your mum daily, she is a favourite with our carers.
Excellent communication which is on a daily basis. Exceptional care given to my dad and often go above and beyond what is expected. I have peace of mind knowing that my dad is in safe hands and am always grateful for any advice given regarding his needs. They have allowed me to become a daughter again rather than my dad's carer.
We love being a part of your dad's life daily, it is a pleasure to support him in his needs daily.
I have been very pleased with the communication between Walfinch and my family and cannot fault the professional and friendly care given to my stepfather during a period that was stressful. The calm and caring manner given by his carer made the time she was with him very acceptable.
The company is fully alert to our needs. My wife suffers from dementia and needs special care. At all times the management has demonstrated genuine concern for our wellbeing and have adjusted the care provided seamlessly to meet our changing needs.
The principal carer we have is exceptionally good at her job. Hardworking, extremely pleasant and thoughtful. She satisfies our every need for care and housekeeping. She is a tonic to us both and always cheerful and helpful.
It is our pleasure to support you both, been such an honour to have you as our clients. We look forward to our journey together.
It was agreed with Walfinch that two visits per week, totalling 3 hours, would be an appropriate service - this has proved a reasonable assessment. Walfinch has provided me with the same person to help, and I hope that this continues. The help I receive covers house cleaning, shopping and making occasional meals when appropriate.
All of the services are provided willingly and effectively - I believe that we have a good relationship and communicate easily.
I am fully satisfied with the service I am receiving.
I have been very pleased with Walfinch as they found carers who suited my mother very well, making my mother feel more settled and less anxious. They are very caring, friendly and reliable. My mother enjoys their company and their sense of humour and she has started putting weight on, so their cooking is good!

“I believe that building strong, motivated teams, working contentedly in their chosen fields, will deliver the care and kindness needed for domiciliary care.
In 2019 I spent 5 months with Walfinch working as a live-in carer, during this time I got to experience first-hand the support and guidance offered by Walfinch to their dedicated team of carers and clients. I was also able to intimately understand the needs of both carer and client and I look forward to implementing this knowledge.
Having managed teams in the past I strongly believe that anyone who leads a team needs to be happy within themselves, with this in mind I try to live a balanced healthy lifestyle make time for family and friends and being naturally energetic I enjoy keeping fit by playing badminton with a local club.”
