Just happy with how efficient they are, quick to answer any queries and happy to rearrange visits if necessary. Friendly and helpful carers and always obliging to do more than most people. Will recommend them highly.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.985 for Walfinch Kingston & Weybridge is calculated as follows: ( (64 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 65 Ratings = 4.985

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.05, 7th = 0.05, 8th = 0.05, 9th = 0.05, 10th = 0.05, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Walfinch Kingston & Weybridge is based on 11 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 = 4.775

“I believe that building strong, motivated teams, working contentedly in their chosen fields, will deliver the care and kindness needed for domiciliary care.

In 2019 I spent 5 months with Walfinch working as a live-in carer, during this time I got to experience first-hand the support and guidance offered by Walfinch to their dedicated team of carers and clients. I was also able to intimately understand the needs of both carer and client and I look forward to implementing this knowledge.

Having managed teams in the past I strongly believe that anyone who leads a team needs to be happy within themselves, with this in mind I try to live a balanced healthy lifestyle make time for family and friends and being naturally energetic I enjoy keeping fit by playing badminton with a local club.”
