We use Visiting Angels to enable our mother to continue living in her own home. They help her with showering dressing and preparation of meals. The carers are exceptionally caring and very professional. They make our mum feel very comfortable and other reassurance when she is anxious.
Visiting Angels have made such a difference to my mothers health. She has improved so much after she came out of hospital. The Angels are all very caring and do a brilliant job. From the start they have helped me in dealing with NHS care or no care when she came out of hospital. They are easy to contact and efficient. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased to hear that the care and support provided has had such a positive impact on health and recovery following hospital discharge. Supporting families through what can be a challenging transition, and helping navigate wider...
We contacted Visiting Angels to pick up some care for my Mum in the last few months of her life. The carers were all fantastic, punctual, friendly and super kind - taking my Mum out for short trips to see the sea when she was up to it. The office staff were always really helpful and willing to find a solution when we had gaps in care at short notice. Visiting Angels supported us and made it possible for my Mum to remain at home which was really important to us - I can not thank them enough.
It was our privilege to support your mum and your family during such an important time. We're delighted to hear that our carers and office team were able to provide the kindness, flexibility and reassurance you needed, and that the visits brought comfort and moments of joy. Enabling people to...
I have had Visiting Angels coming to care for me in my home for over a year now and I am very happy with the service they provide. I was with another company previously, who did not make me feel that I was listened to or valued as a customer. With Visiting Angels they understand how important it is for me to have a set number of carers who know me and my routine, give me information in a way that's preferable to me and make me feel listened to and respected.
Thank you so much for sharing this lovely feedback. Were delighted to know you feel listened to and respected, and that having a familiar team who understands your routine has made a real difference. Its a privilege to support you, and well always do our best to keep care personal and consistent.
Visiting Angels carers were really excellent. The management provided us with the same two lovely carers so that my husband got to know them and enjoyed their company and sense of humour. They were always punctual and very cheerful, as well as very caring and gentle. He was always very stimulated by their visits. I would highly recommend this company.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! Were delighted to hear that your husband enjoyed the visits and built such a positive relationship with his carers. Consistency and companionship are at the heart of what we do, so its great to know this made a real difference. Well be sure to share...
Visiting Angels are simply wonderful! I needed some support following a stay in hospital, as I was unable to lift anything. The angels were on time, willing and adaptable, end could not have done more for me. Having them, even for a short period, gave me peace of mind, which was very important in my recovery. I thoroughly recommend them and would use again if required.
We have shared your kind words with the Angels. Thank you for choosing us to support you.
I cannot speak highly enough about Visiting Angels Christchurch. All the carers have supported mum incredibly well on her road to recovery after breaking her hip in three places after a fall. I felt so comforted to know that mum would be in safe hands. Mum said today what a lovely group of ladies & how much she appreciates their support. Today, 1st May, is her 91st birthday, she has been nursed back to health. I cannot thank the team enough.
I am very happy with all the carers. I have seen three carers, all good.
A great team of caregivers, always willing to go the extra mile. Treat my father with great care and dignity.
Thank you. Your dad is a pleasure to look after. All our carers enjoy giving him the support he needs. We all like to have a giggle with him too.
The staff is excellent, always on time for 3 meals per day.
Thank you for your review. We are so glad to hear you're enjoying your meals cooked by our carers. It's always great to hear your life stories as you have so many. We are very privileged to provide you with our support.
Mum's carer is a lovely young woman who is kind, helpful, bright, cheerful and a joy to have. We feel very lucky to have her and hope she can provide more and more care as Mum needs it.
It is our absolute pleasure supporting your mum. Thank you for choosing us, and for your kind words regarding Mum's carer. I will pass on your comments to the relevant person. We are sorry your mum's preferred carer can't be there for her 7 days a week. She would if she could.
The Angels go over and beyond their duties to assist my parents in all their needs whether this be helping with household chores or popping into the shop to get groceries. I am always kept fully informed of any concerns and everyone is always so cheerful and accommodating.
The Angels are cheerful, friendly, courteous, capable and very patient and kind. They are a pleasure to have in our house.
Very pleased with the help I receive during my three, one-hour visits per week. My carer has supported me in an understanding way after life-changing surgery and is excellent at spotting any concerns or problems that she feels need medical attention. I find it very reassuring to have someone outside the family that I can talk to. She also supports my wife and I with chores we now find difficult. Always smiling and willing to help.
Thank you David for your kind words. We are pleased you and your wife are getting the support you need from one of our Angels and from our management team.
Visiting Angels have been supplying care to my husband for the last five months. We have always found them very caring and always willing to help in any way. Nothing is too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing care.
Thank you for your kind words. We will continue to support your husband in any way that we can.
Excellent staff and service.
Thank you so much for your feedback. It continues being our pleasure supporting your husband.
Nothing is too much trouble.
It's the service you need to protect loved ones when they are at their most vulnerable. Taking this path has meant Mum has the comfort and security of being in her own home.
It's greatly reduced the pressure on family members.
I have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angles.
Dear Richard, thank you for your wonderful feedback, it is an absolute pleasure to be able to support your mother and the family as a whole. I will be sure to pass on this lovely review to our team of Angels. Kind regards.
Thank you so much to all the team in helping our dad. The management and the carers tried so hard to make dad safe and happy and guide us through caring for someone we love with dementia. Thank you.

Meet the Team (3)
Caring for people has always been present in both my personal and professional life. Growing up in Poland instilled in me strong family values and respect for the elderly; these values have remained with me throughout my life. Being able to support my loved ones means so much to me, and having the chance to be a part of the Visiting Angels family has given me an opportunity to share my caring nature, not only with our wonderful clients and their families but also with our caregivers who are at the heart of everything we do.
My career prior to Visiting Angels includes retail customer service, an Ofsted registered childminder and for some time, the NHS as a carer and later a community physiotherapist. Adding my customer focus skills to my experience in the NHS gives me confidence in dealing with the different needs of our clients and their families.
I continued to fly around the world as an airline Customer Service Manager until aviation was badly affected by Covid-19, at which point I lost the job I loved. However, in 2021 I moved with my family from Brighton to New Milton, which I find to be a beautiful part of the world, has proved to be a great decision. I am now also living close to my elderly mum, who requires some support and being nearby, I can now take care of her. She is so happy and has a new lease of life!
Having spent much of my career taking care of people, it seemed the obvious choice to bring Visiting Angels Quality at Home Care, along with my passion for customer service and treating everyone as an individual, to the community of East Dorset and the New Forest.
My partner, who was an NHS worker during the pandemic, has joined me on my mission to bring unrushed quality care and support to clients and their families.
I truly look forward to meeting and supporting you in any way I possibly can.
Steve
From chatting with clients and families, supporting our amazing Angel Caregivers, and keeping in touch with GP surgeries and district nurses, Lara is often the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, making sure everyone gets what they need.
She also puts together our rota each week, matching caregivers with clients and juggling all the little changes that come up, always with patience, a sense of humour, and a real “can-do” attitude.
Lara is one of those people who’s always happy to help, no matter what’s going on. Her positivity, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make her a much-loved part of the team.
