For the last 2.5 years we have had carers 3 times a day, which means 6-9 carers coming in each day as my Mum is bedbound. From the first day to the last the care and compassion has never faltered. The care is phenomenal. They have always treated mum with kindness, gentleness, talking her through...
For the last 2.5 years we have had carers 3 times a day, which means 6-9 carers coming in each day as my Mum is bedbound. From the first day to the last the care and compassion has never faltered. The care is phenomenal. They have always treated mum with kindness, gentleness, talking her through all actions and in a dignified way. It's quite astonishing the outstanding consistent level of care always provided. Not only did they care for mum but hugely supported me too . They have gone above and beyond on many occasions. They are just an amazing truly caring team and I highly recommend them .
