I have been extremely satisfied with the service. The staff are very professional and friendly, go above and beyond the call of duty. The staff bonded with my aunt immediately, this gave me peace of mind. Staff adapted quickly to the ongoing changes in my aunt's care, dealing with everything in a calm,
polite manner.

To be really honest these people really cared and although we only used them for a few months I would highly recommend their services. My mum and dad felt comfortable with the staff and even my dad who could be difficult was happy to see the staff.

The care coordinator from Helping Hands and her team met with our family member and family during a very difficult time. With lots of change happening which was quite different to what our family member had experienced before. From initial introductions, the care coordinator and her colleagues have
conducted themselves respectfully and professionally in their role. They have demonstrated patience and insight into the needs of our family member and how as a family unit home life needs to be which is flexible and personalised. They have ‘blended’ well into the family unit keeping our family member's needs at the centre of their focus with dignity and attentiveness. They have also worked hard to establish a support plan and time that wraps around the existing evening routine again promoting a personalised approach. The carers are kind, approachable, friendly and communicate with our family members with genuine interest as to the person they are. Whilst only recent introduction we are very pleased so far.

The manager provides exceptional quality care which is outstanding for the care of my dad. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure that a fabulous, friendly, expert service and regular communication is always available. The carers she has chosen for my dad are the best.

Although sadly my Dad did not get very long with the Helping Hands Team before his health with Alzheimer’s declined too much to stay at home, the Helping Hands Team were always so helpful, friendly and actually still stay in contact with our family to check on how Dad is getting on. This quality of
communication and knowing they are happy to give advice shows how caring helping hands really are.
Thank you Helping Hands!

The manager has gone above and beyond in organising care for my dad.
He was at a low point, having lost my mum, his wife of 56 years in January.
The manager's genuine care and support for my dad have been amazing. She has tried to keep the same carer or herself on his calls. He has really bonded with
them and not only are they helping him in the house, but they are providing companionship for him as well. This has lifted his spirits and provided him with something to look forward to.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the manager and her team.
