I could not recommend Helping Hands enough to anyone seeking a domiciliary care provider. They're always professional, genuine and caring, treating my nan with dignity.
All staff at Helping Hands that I have encountered have shown an authentic desire to offer a safe and respectful service to their
service users and go out of their way to ensure that my nan feels safe in her home. They often go beyond what is expected, supporting her with activities such as cleaning jobs and putting on washing, which is so helpful as our family is over an hour away.
If the carers have ever had any concerns over Nan, they have encouraged her to call or called themselves to ensure I can take any action to assure her safety and wellbeing.
We experienced a poor level of care with another care provider, and Helping Hands has reassured my nan that she can be treated in a way which would be expected (and more) to ensure her life is not only comfortable but enjoyable.

A new client but mum settled in with the routine fine. The whiteboard says who is coming and when to help her and she has enjoyed her new visitors. From my sisters and my point of view, we've been pleasantly pleased that by and large it goes very well. Even when I had with fairly short notice had to
get extra help in for a week for Mum. It all was organised and went well. We can now visit to see her rather than be doing her meals sorting washing cleaning we can talk to her or just take her for a ride in the wheelchair. I've recently had an operation and didn't have to worry about Mum. Something which I was grateful for.

The carers are kind, supportive professional and reliable, my mother feels safe and very happy with the support she receives.
The office staff are always available to talk to on the other end of the phone and the level of communication between staff and to my mother and myself is amazing. Wouldn’t
go anywhere else.
Amazing!

Care for my dad has been excellent since the day we commenced with Helping Hands Wigston.
If there are any problems they contact me immediately, therefore the issue can be solved in a short space of time.
Dad gets on well with the carers, which is important to his family.
