The supervisor has been very responsive and informative and is also hands on to understand client needs and requirements
In the main we have been very happy with the service.
I am very happy with the home care our Mum is receiving from the team at APT. She sees the same small team of carers each week and she is well looked after. They treat Mum and her home with respect and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have. I would recommend APT as as home care provider.
