As I pay in full for my care package, value for money is very important to me.

A big thankyou to all the girls and staff at APT care for the continued care of my Aunt.You always show her great respect and kindness.I would be lost without you all as I can only visit her twice aweek.

APT Care have been really great with my elderly Father who has had a stroke and has mobility issues. They even managed to find him Punjabi speakers, which was a bonus. They are kind, caring and treat him with respect and maintain his dignity.They help him with breakfast, heating up food and snacks as well as helping him shower in the morning.The carers come in 4 times a day. Unfortunately we couldn't get the times we wanted. They come at 7 am, 11 am for lunch , 4 pm for evening and 6.30-7pm for bed time, which isn't ideal. The staff keep me informed of anything that crops up, which is very reassuring. APT have given us peace of mind.

My aunt has carers visit 4 times a day as she is bedriden most of the time.She is double incontinent .This is a horrible job for anyone, but the girls are always kind and treat her with respect, and she is spotlessly clean when ever I visit..I can check up on the APT log in site.anytime if I want to see what she has had for lunch and if there are any concerns.The office staff are also very helpful if I have any problems.They contact me when ever they have any concern.Many thanks to Nikish,Sasi and the office girls at APT office in Luton.Also a big thankyou to Shumaila ,Ahraz, Syeda, Asrat, Lubna, Mandeep Leyla ,Akwinder, and any of the relief girls.

I am still waiting for additional feedback from my brother and sister in law and will let you know of any further information given to me.

Very kind , reliable , caring uplifting carers . Always such a warm welcome in the morning . Show genuine care for the patient . Listened and were responsive to our request to move the visit to later in the morning .

I am fully satisfied with the care that we received from APT care. Carers are wonderful, they are on time, do their job nicely for my father. No concerns. I would like to mention one of the office staff Rubana who always hands on whatever we raise any concerns. She was friendly for the assessment and handling care needs.

I have been relying on this company for a few years and find them diligent, friendly, efficient and helpful. They do their jobs excellently, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Nothing is too much and their cups of tea are marvellous. 3 staff members in particular 10/10

We've had a wonderful experience with APT Care Ltd. The caregivers have been compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive to my mother's needs. They treated her with kindness and respect, and it gave our family great peace of mind knowing she's in such capable hands. We're truly grateful for the exceptional care and support they provided.

I am receiving care from APT for more than one year, I am fully satisfied with the company and carers, they come regularly, they all go above and beyond. They all help me in things I can't do.

Carers turn up promptly each day and are very efficient and caring. My brother is very pleased as he has the same carer each morning who chats to him and makes him feel well cared for. Breakfast is dealt with efficiently

I find APT both trustworthy and above all efficient in their delivery of my mother's (living with dementia) daily healthcare needs. They act respectfully towards my mother and also show respect in her living area. For the most part they keep regular times and always inform me if on occasion they may arrive a little later. They are always cheerful and communicate well with my mother.

My wife has been receiving care from APT Care for nearly a year. The carers have been very helpful and friendly, especially the afternoon and evening team. We are both very happy with the care that my wife has received.

The carers are very helpful and attentive, they never fail to put a smile on my father's face. They are also very respectful to me and my family and communicate efficiently in regards to my father's care.
