The APT care team were brought in to help my mother recover at home following a poorly spell in hospital. I have to say they've been absolutely excellent, so much so that we intend to continue with their services after the 4-week 'recovery' period is completed. My mother has become especially fond of her main carers, Mahmoona and Alisa; she thoroughly enjoys their company and good humour, and receives the best of care from both. Thanks also to Suman who oversees the team; she has been very helpful in tweaking my mother's call times to suit her needs. Good job!

The carers have been very caring and supportive in getting my mum ready in the morning and looked after throughout the day. We had a slight issue with timings but after a phone call to management this was all sorted and corrected. My mum is very happy with all her carers

My dad is under APT care service. Our lunch time carer's are Dongu and Alexandra very helpful at all times. For example, at the start we had trouble booking a transport for my dad to take him to the hospital, but the carers helped us in many ways. Thank you so much for both of them. They are very kind and I sincerely appreciate them .

My husband has had APT coming to help him in the morning and evening for the last 8 months .The company is very reliable , very professional and office staff are always available on the phone if needed. The carers are all very caring, very kind and considerate, putting the client' needs first .They give him excellent care and attention every day.

APT originally looked after my mum when she came out of hospital over a year ago. Then due to a fall, we re engaged them this year based on our first experience. Once again they have been great. Sumera comes every morning and another carer in the evening, and bar a few logistical issues to begin with, they have been a great help all round. It is great knowing that this company and level of care is in the area available to engage and help at short notice. Literally rang one day, they started straight away.

Friendly high level care. We had a personal visit from management immediatly my wife came home from hospital to set up the and agree a timetable. They kept to the schedule for the 28 days care package and very helpful and supportive with other issues. We were always able to contact someone.

I have been meaning to write a review for the carers of Apt Care Luton who look after my dad. He has received excellent care this past year. Everyone who visits dad are kind, patient and helpful. Would like to give a big thank you to Ruby who looks after dad at lunchtimes. He really looks forward to seeing her. She ensure dad has everything he needs and spends time chatting with him. I've met Ruby a number of times and she is a very caring lady. Would also like to thank Amrat. He looks after dad mornings and evenings. He is so helpful and patient. Chats to dad and ensures he is looked after. All the carers are excellent but Ruby and Amrat go above and beyond. Thank you.

I've been using APT since March last year and they've been brilliant all the way through all of the carers are fantastic especially Nazmeen. The officer always available if I need help with anything like picking up medication so five stars all round.

In the main we have been very happy with the service.

I am very happy with the home care our Mum is receiving from the team at APT. She sees the same small team of carers each week and she is well looked after. They treat Mum and her home with respect and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have. I would recommend APT as as home care provider.

My father has now been having carers for nearly 18 months. He has slow progressive dementia. He is treated with respect and dignity and the carers are always pleasant. He is happy that recently a carer is coming back full time and will be with him again. I feel, as his daughter , that this is very important, because it builds a relationship which makes him happy and I know I can trust and rely on her. Thank you for the ongoing support.

As I pay in full for my care package, value for money is very important to me.

A big thankyou to all the girls and staff at APT care for the continued care of my Aunt.You always show her great respect and kindness.I would be lost without you all as I can only visit her twice aweek.

APT Care have been really great with my elderly Father who has had a stroke and has mobility issues. They even managed to find him Punjabi speakers, which was a bonus. They are kind, caring and treat him with respect and maintain his dignity.They help him with breakfast, heating up food and snacks as well as helping him shower in the morning.The carers come in 4 times a day. Unfortunately we couldn't get the times we wanted. They come at 7 am, 11 am for lunch , 4 pm for evening and 6.30-7pm for bed time, which isn't ideal. The staff keep me informed of anything that crops up, which is very reassuring. APT have given us peace of mind.

My aunt has carers visit 4 times a day as she is bedriden most of the time.She is double incontinent .This is a horrible job for anyone, but the girls are always kind and treat her with respect, and she is spotlessly clean when ever I visit..I can check up on the APT log in site.anytime if I want to see what she has had for lunch and if there are any concerns.The office staff are also very helpful if I have any problems.They contact me when ever they have any concern.Many thanks to Nikish,Sasi and the office girls at APT office in Luton.Also a big thankyou to Shumaila ,Ahraz, Syeda, Asrat, Lubna, Mandeep Leyla ,Akwinder, and any of the relief girls.

I am still waiting for additional feedback from my brother and sister in law and will let you know of any further information given to me.

Very kind , reliable , caring uplifting carers . Always such a warm welcome in the morning . Show genuine care for the patient . Listened and were responsive to our request to move the visit to later in the morning .

I am fully satisfied with the care that we received from APT care. Carers are wonderful, they are on time, do their job nicely for my father. No concerns. I would like to mention one of the office staff Rubana who always hands on whatever we raise any concerns. She was friendly for the assessment and handling care needs.
