My Husband was in the care of this company. They are outstanding in every aspect. The carers we had were excellent with beauty of spirit, love and compassion, superb kindness and patience. Miraculous people to have in our lives. I totally commend them to all with whom they come in contact!

The care provided is second to none. Excellent service and carers couldn't be more helpful. Any thing that is needed they are more than happy to help. Easy to connect with and all very friendly . Couldn't ask for any better.

I am very happy with the care my husband is receiving. On call delivers exceptional home care. Compassionate, skilled carers offer personalised personal care. Mobility aid, companionship with warmth and reliability.

The service provided by the company is good. Carers are very good and trust worthy very helpful. We have never been let down by the company. My dad seems to be settled now that there is a better continuaty. I have had many a conversation with the carers to resolve problems but I find the carers very helpful to me as well as my dad. I can't thank them enough for the work they do.

All staff , Carers , Office Staff and Management have been very helpful and understanding of my needs.

My mother was recently discharged from hospital South Lanarkshire council could no longer provide care package she had previously. I can highly recommend Oncall Care. The carers are conscientious caring and I have been so reassured they are looking after my mother. Most of all my mother is happy with the care and she has said the lady's treat her with dignity and respect. They attend 4 times per day and the same carer comes for the 4 visits great continuity of care The carers that attend my mother are very good unfortunately I am not to mention there names but the company should be proud of them

We would like to thank the carers at Oncall who were wonderful with our dad. We sadly lost dad last week and we are so grateful he was being supported by your lovely carers. Our dad had dementia and had suffered a bad stroke. The Oncall carers treated dad with dignity, kindness and laughter They also had a way of bringing him round on his down days. They work long hours and their job isn't easy but they go about their days in a cheerful manner. Thanks to all who cared for our lovely Dad.

The previous company couldn't even tick one of Oncalls boxes !

I found all staff to be caring and understanding with my wife in her time of needs always prompt on time and always willing to assist me if there's anything I need. A great help very pleased they have a great understanding of our needs and willing to adapt to any request that we may ask ' on approval from Head Office.

I think the carers at Oncall are wonderful and I am so grateful that they are supporting my 97-year-old mother. My mum has dementia and caring for her can be difficult but the Oncall carers show endless patience and treat mum with dignity, great empathy, care and humour. They have developed ways of dealing with Mum when she is not in great form and can be really effective in changing her mood. Mum also shows real pleasure in seeing them. Their job is not easy but they work so hard and are always cheerful and very willing to help in any way they can to support Mum.

I cannot praise the whole team highly enough, thank you everyone.

The on call care service staff are very caring and friendly. They are well trained and take an interest in the person they are caring for. It's not just a job to them, they really do care. My husband's behaviour can be challenging but they cope admirably without a complaint. A first class service.

The carers at Oncall Care Service Ltd are the true stars of the show. They shine bright with their personalities, hard work and stamina in extremely difficult situations. Mostly working 3 or 4 days on the trot, driving their own cars before 7 am and finishing at 10 pm, they still smile. Even with very low wages they still deliver a professional service. Dealing with many challenging, mostly elderly clients is never easy yet the carers do their best to support, nurture and cherish their clients. I am in awe how the carers manage to do it, but eternally grateful that they do. Thank you very much from all of our family.

My husband has had carers since September last year and the quality has been excellent since the start. The carers are very polite, considerate and helpful. They will do anything asked of them and always inform me if they feel there are any issues with my husband. I am grateful for the level of support they have offered us.

Very happy with the service supplied. The care providers are very helpful and happy to converse with my elderly mother and cannot do enough for her. They are also always cheerful, friendly and supportive. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Mum has been using these carers for roughly four months now, and they have been fine. We get the same two all the time, which is good for Mum's mental stability. Mum has grown to trust them, as well, which is good, considering she doesn't like anyone doing her personal care. We were apprehensive at first, given Mum's nature and her condition, but they really put Mum at ease and worked with her to gain her trust.
