My name is Shilpa Charakunnathu Jose, one of the care coordinators for the home care team. I manage Clydesdale, Rutherglen, and Cambuslang areas. My qualifications include two Masters, one in Education and one in English Literature. I bring to the team 3 years of management experience and a year of experience in caregiving. I am passionate about my job at Oncall Care Service and always try to bring out the best in me. My job includes rota planning, reviews, supervisions, spot-checks, support plans, client and social work meetings, etc. Reading, singing, and travelling are a few things I love to do.

I’m Arun Suresh, a care coordinator with Oncall Care Service. I’ve been with the company for two years, beginning my career as a healthcare assistant and advancing to my current role as a care coordinator in May 2024. Oncall has played a significant role in helping me achieve my professional goals. In my position, I develop and review personalized care plans, risk assessments, and medication assessments and also collaborate with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies for reviews and adult protection, and ensure that our service users receive high-quality, person-centred care. I prioritize maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families while monitoring staff concerns and encouraging their development. My responsibilities also include conducting supervisions, spot-checks, and creating staff rosters.

Myself Bency Eldho, and I am proud to serve as one of the care coordinators for Oncall Home Care Services.

With over three years of experience as a care assistant and support worker within the organization, I have now transitioned into a Care Coordinator role as part of the management team. I am deeply passionate about my role and take pride in contributing my extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to the team Currently, I oversee care services across the South Lanarkshire region, ensuring that clients receive personalized, high-quality support to their individual needs. I work closely with support workers, clients and their families, and other professionals to create and implement care plans that uphold the dignity, independence, and well-being of each client. My other responsibilities include planning staff rotas, conducting supervisions, spot checks and area meetings etc.
