I cannot recommend this company enough, I am very happy with the care I receive from My Homecare, the staff treat me with dignity and respect as well as being able to have a laugh and a joke with them, I enjoy every minute that I spend with my carers and I know if I ever have any concerns I can ring
the office and they help me straight away.

I wanted to echo the feedback from other people. I looked into several companies before deciding on My Homecare Chelmsford, having had a couple of bad experiences with Social Services Care Companies. Since the team at My Homecare have been looking after my friend, I cannot praise them highly enough.
I know exactly when visits are taking place and who is doing them and can see from case notes on the app exactly what has been done. The team of ladies that get stuck into whatever needs doing and always do it with a smile on their faces. If they have any health concerns they have been exceptionally good at communicating this and referring to a district nurse if necessary.


If anyone is looking for an amazing care company, then these guys are most definitely the people you should call!

I can thoroughly recommend My Homecare as care in the home. I transferred to My Homecare when the manager and her team of carers began working there as my mum has been having care for many years now with these lovely people and the quality of care she has received has been outstanding. The support and
understanding of Mum's needs is second to none and nothing seems to be too much trouble. My mum also has welfare calls by the same carers who play dominoes with her and pamper time (nails painted, hair done) which she loves. This has helped Mum immensely as she suffers from dementia so keeps her mind active. The difference in her has been amazing.
Thank you to the whole team from me but especially Mum.
