FHL Care have been absolutely wonderful. The level of care, companionship, and support they provide is truly exceptional. The staff are always warm, friendly, and compassionate, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure people feel comfortable, respected, and well looked after. Their professionalism and kindness make a real difference, and I would highly recommend FHL Care to anyone looking for reliable and supportive care services.

My mum and I think FHL care are amazing. They offer my mum so much care and love, she enjoys their company and is glad she has such lovely carers. They have been so supportive and friendly not only to mum but also to the family.

Compared to previous care outfits that we have worked with FHL are head and shoulders above the others. They always keep my mum informed on even the slightest variation in visit times. Their communications are excellent and they are very good at working with all of the family members concerned. I would have no issue recommending them to anyone else as care providers for their loved ones.

The manager and her team cared beautifully for both of our elderly parents in the final days of their lives. We couldn’t have done without their kind and caring support. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

The staff at FHL Care are always friendly and helpful. They support me in looking after my elderly mum. My mum looks forward to them visiting & when I speak to my mum after a care visit she is always happy & upbeat. They listen to my mum & let her do what she can for herself but support her when needed with tasks.

FHL care for my mum who has Alzheimer's. From the beginning, FHL took great care to understand every detail of mum’s routine and care needs. FHL have been consistently outstanding. They are extremely professional and support mum in every aspect with so much love, devotion, patience, gentleness, kindness, understanding and reassurance. FHL truly provide bespoke care for mum filled with love. When FHL are with mum I know that she is happy, peaceful and safe. Mum really looks forward to FHL visiting and when she sees them her face lights up with delight. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that mum is now in safe, loving and trusting hands. As a family, we have total peace of mind knowing that FHL is looking after mum as if she was their very own mum. I cannot express enough the deep trust we have in FHL. I do not say this lightly as my expectations are very high. As a family, we feel totally blessed that FHL are part of our lives and they truly deliver Faith Hope Love in abundance.

My father lived alone and was allocated FHL Care as his palliative care provider, funded by the NHS on discharge from hospital. Immediately the Director worked with me (and my Dad) to ascertain his care needs, incl. giving his numerous medications. They guided our family during an extremely stressful time. The FHL team made my dad comfortable, did their best to help him without being patronising - he had been a very independent person. They were kind, did their best to build a good rapport with him, even though he was down and scared. 5 different staff visited (4 visits per day over 3 weeks) until he died - ensuring continuity of care. FHL's visits during the 3 weeks were vital to my Dad maintaining his dignity. They helped us cope with personal care issues, saving the day for us. I also learned a lot from them. Fortunately my Dad had family visiting regularly, but as a family we needed the support of FHL as much as my Dad did. I would not hesitate to recommend FHL Care, truly caring professionals.

Faith Hope Live cared for my dad in his final weeks and we could not have asked for any more. Every single person was so compassionate, kind and caring during each and every visit. True angels sent from heaven.

The staff at FHL Care looked after my dad in the year leading up to his passing. His conditions were such that he was bed-bound for all that time. They provide so much more than just washing, changing, feeding; their energy and optimism kept dad going, gave him something to look forward to. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, thoughtful and empathetic, and we really couldn't have wished for a better care company to entrust dad to. At the end, there were some incredibly difficult days, and the staff at FHL really stepped up and went above and beyond to try and make dads last days as comfortable as possible. We are really grateful for the fantastic service they provided, and would recommend them unreservedly to any prospective clients looking to entrust the care of a loved one to a third party.

The carers gave my husband the best possible care. They never seemed in a hurry. They respected my husband and enjoyed his company even when his dementia was quite far advanced. Their visits were the highlight of his day and I got to know them and rely on them and also enjoy their company. They were very careful in their care, looking out for any skin irritations and keeping him so clean and fresh. I feel so very fortunate that we had those carers during the last months of my husband's life.

I cannot express how grateful I am that I found FHL Care company. From our first assessment meeting to the care for my dear mum starting, it has been and is a wonderful experience. The Manager and the team are so wonderful, friendly, caring and helpful. It has taken the stress away knowing that my mum has such a wonderful team going in to visit and help her with her needs and mum looks forward to seeing them and feels safe and confident in their care. They are always contactable and reassuring and I am so glad we found them.

From the first visit to the last, I couldn't fault FHL Care. The manager and all her staff treated my husband with tender care and dignity, they were very mindful of his needs and condition. They were always here at the times they stated and would text if there was a problem. They were so very kind and friendly, not only to my husband but to the whole family. The owner of FHL is very passionate about her company and the work they carry out. Caring is a very hard profession and they all do a very professional job. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart, the NHS sent us angels to look after my husband.

The carers at FHL all gave my mother the best possible care whilst she was ill at home. Initially, we were a little apprehensive of carers we didn't know coming into my mother's home but we were soon put at ease after meeting the manager. All the carers that came to her home were of a high standard. They all treated my mother with respect, were very considerate towards her needs and were always looking for extra ways to help if they had time to spare during their visit. Communication, flexibility and punctuality were excellent with FHL, which is important during this stressful time for my family. I really couldn't fault them at all in the four months they helped us. Mum became friends with a few of the carers and looked forward to their visits.

We have used other care providers in the past for my mother, but FHL Care, who were recommended by a friend, are different. Their carers go above and beyond, my mother has developed a genuine friendship with her carer and it's fantastic to see her so happy and well looked after - a real weight off of our shoulders.

FHL Care was recommended to me while looking for ongoing care for my Dad and the manager and the team have been excellent from the start. I was drawn to the company by the name and caring ethos and have found all of the carers efficient and compassionate in equal measure, regularly going above and beyond and always treating Dad with care and respect. They've been invaluable to us in managing Dad's care, particularly at the times when his health has been poor and the manager regularly updates me on how he is after her visit.

All of the carers are very positive and happy and it always cheers him up to see them, no matter how bad he's feeling. It's a real weight off our minds to have them on board and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them!
