My grandmother and grandfather were both looked after by bluebird Pontypridd due to the both of them having Dementia. The carers were great, proffesional and knowledgable with them bothe even when my grandmother was very difficult.

Overall Experience
The care provided to my parents has been excellent from June 2024 to date. The two carers who provide the care are brilliant and I feel assured at all times that my parents are safe and well cared for.

My dad's only complaint is that he sometimes feels communication from management is lacking.

Overall Experience

The carers at Bluebird have looked after my mother with care, love and empathy. Nothing is too much trouble and even when pushed for time if my mother looks sad they will turn around and give her a hug. They have made such a huge difference to my mothers wellbeing and she has nothing but praise and affection for them all. Her conversation always includes the carers and says most days how she could never cope without them.

I have been caring for both my parents and working full time for a while now. It was a hard decision but I reached out for help. I phoned a few providers but didn't look any further than Bluebird as they were so helpful, friendly, supportive and professional from the first contact right the way though. The care delivered is excellent and I feel confident and safe having Bluebird support my parents. Cannot praise them enough and highly recommend.

Overall Experience

All the lady carers employed by Bluebird Care Pontypridd are lovely. They are always willing to do whatever I ask of them. It means we have a 'visitor' each day, so if something comes up that we cannot do (such as change a light bulb even) we know that the carer will be coming and will do it. They are very careful with medication. Office staff are great and friendly too.

Bluebird Care have been supported my parents for the last 12 months. The service they provide has been consistently professional and friendly. Both Carers on the ground and Office staff respond quickly if we have any queries. The company does a regular in-person review of the service they provide, where any issues are discussed and dealt with. This has proved useful when some things needed to be adjusted or updated due to the progression of my parents' dementia. The app provides daily reports from the Carers, is very useful and provides reassurance. Initially we were concerned my parents would object to the Carers coming into their home. However, this has never been an issue, and my mother very much enjoys their company. That in itself shows you the level of compassion and professionalism Bluebird provide.

Overall Experience

Initially provided morning care for my mother. Now provide home help for my father, whose needs are not as complex as my mother's. Mum enjoyed the visits from her carers, particularly the regulars, who she has kept in touch with since moving into residential care. I only met one of them during this time, but she struck me as being friendly and efficient. My father has not raised any issues with me since he has been the service user and has built up a good rapport with his carers.

Bluebird have been caring for 99 yo mother since April 25 and we have been as a family very pleased with the whole package, from the managers, supervisor and especially the carers themselves. They visit my mother four times a day and are reliable, polite, pleasant but what's more my mother looks forward to seeing them and has no issues about the way they care for her. I have no criticism about this care company and would recommend them.

I have Lymphadema and can't bend down to wash,cream & put wraps on myself.

Bluebird Team are very friendly, while staying professional also My legs have a lot of flair ups and I often have to go back under the care of the district nurse, But I am not treated as a Nuscience. So pleased to have found you.

Overall Experience

For the last 6/7 weeks my 86 year old father, who has mild dementia, has been receiving help from Bluebird Care in the form of a carer visiting every morning to help him with his medication, to make him cups of tea, breakfast or lunch, and to give him some company each day. My dad has been very impressed by all the different carers and has only good things to say about the support they give him.

As I live 130 miles from my dad, it is good to know he has the support and care that he needs on a daily basis, and I have found that nothing is too much trouble for Bluebird, from offering to take my dad to a doctor's appointment, to organising his repeat prescription.

I am definitely very happy to recommend Bluebird Care.
