BlueBird carers are always responsive, professional and smart. They arrive in smart uniforms, engage with my uncle who is 86 and tend to his care needs. I am impressed with their service and they also answer the phone every time!

Bluebird Care have been supported my parents for the last 12 months. The service they provide has been consistently professional and friendly. Both Carers on the ground and Office staff respond quickly if we have any queries. The company does a regular in-person review of the service they provide, where
any issues are discussed and dealt with. This has proved useful when some things needed to be adjusted or updated due to the progression of my parents' dementia. The app provides daily reports from the Carers, is very useful and provides reassurance. Initially we were concerned my parents would object to the Carers coming into their home. However, this has never been an issue, and my mother very much enjoys their company. That in itself shows you the level of compassion and professionalism Bluebird provide.

I have been with Bluebird for a while now.
I have Lymphadema and can't bend down to wash,cream & put wraps on myself.
Bluebird Team are very friendly, while staying professional also My legs have a lot of flair ups and I often have to go back under the care of the district nurse, But I am not treated
as a Nuscience. So pleased to have found you.

Bluebird have been caring for 99 yo mother since April 25 and we have been as a family very pleased with the whole package, from the managers, supervisor and especially the carers themselves. They visit my mother four times a day and are reliable, polite, pleasant but what's more my mother looks forward
to seeing them and has no issues about the way they care for her. I have no criticism about this care company and would recommend them.

Initially provided morning care for my mother. Now provide home help for my father, whose needs are not as complex as my mother's. Mum enjoyed the visits from her carers, particularly the regulars, who she has kept in touch with since moving into residential care. I only met one of them during this
time, but she struck me as being friendly and efficient. My father has not raised any issues with me since he has been the service user and has built up a good rapport with his carers.

For the last 6/7 weeks my 86 year old father, who has mild dementia, has been receiving help from Bluebird Care in the form of a carer visiting every morning to help him with his medication, to make him cups of tea, breakfast or lunch, and to give him some company each day. My dad has been very impressed
by all the different carers and has only good things to say about the support they give him.


As I live 130 miles from my dad, it is good to know he has the support and care that he needs on a daily basis, and I have found that nothing is too much trouble for Bluebird, from offering to take my dad to a doctor's appointment, to organising his repeat prescription.


I am definitely very happy to recommend Bluebird Care.

My Uncle has had Bluebird Care attending for over a 12 months with a call for just 2 days an evening and this service has been fantastic and very professional.
As the level of the care my uncle has been receiving is so good, I have asked if possible for this care to be increased from the original
2 days a week to 7 days a week .
This request was only asked for on December the 5th 2025, I have now had conformation that Bluebird have managed to provide this care for my uncle within just 2 days, Again this shows the care and commitment that the Bluebird team are providing to their clients, it is excellent.
I will say that as a family we know that my uncle will be cared for in a professional way with Bluebird.

My elderly 99 year old mother was receiving help from Bluebird Care from March/April onwards. She has a carer twice daily. She sometimes has the same carer for a day or two but more often than not she has
different ones. She is very fond of all her carers and when I see her in the mornings she will
repeat all that
has been said with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers, and as my mother is well
known for her saying "dont be mean with the cream". By this she means that she likes to have plenty of
cream to moisturise her dry skin and this is what she says to all of them when they take her into the
bathroom. The carers are so used to her saying this that they say it before her and my mother laughs.
To have them daily is a godsend. I have no worries that my mother is receiving the best care that she
can have and I have only good things to say about this agency.

One member of staff came to me at 7am to help me prepare for a hospital visit for a colonoscopy. I was unwell at the time and suffering from severe arthritis. I needed a lot of help and care and it was given to me in the best possible way. She was so kind, so caring and very professional. I could
not have had better care. . I have always been a very active independent person and never before needed assistance of such a personal nature, I will always be grateful to you.
I relocated to Pontypridd last June and live alone. I am so glad I found Bluebird care. I I now have a sense of security that they are there to help me. All best wishes and thanks to you all.

Bluebird Care Service have provided a great service at short notice.
All the carers who visited my mother in law were always caring and polite which made her feel safe and secure at a time when her family were absent. The carers notes provided reassurance that our relative was well and safe while we
were not able to be with her.
Every individual from day one have been professional. First contact with the care coordinator who has always replied to my emails promptly and another member of staff who completed the initial assessment through to the daily carers.
We will be using Bluebird in the future.

Having recently started using Bluebird's services for my mum, it has been so heartening for us to see what a great job has been done by her carers. Recently there was a bit of an incident where things became a little overwhelming and the carer on the day of this incident was absolutely superb. When
I got to meet her recently, it was so wonderful to see how great she is with Mum. To be honest- all of the carers have been great, but that incident was very stressful for the family, so it was reassuring to see that Mum was in such good hands. The family portal is brilliant too, allowing us to check in on how everything's going at the touch of a button.

We were very lucky to receive outstanding care from the Bluebird Care Pontypridd team at such a difficult time. When we needed them at such urgency, the admin team made sure we had someone that night at such short notice.
The love, care and passion they showed towards the service user was phenomenal
and we really couldn't have wished for a better team to care for them, especially the last weeks of life.
A big special shout-out goes to two carers who went above and beyond every time. They were very professional, gentle and knowledgeable. Our service user described them as his 'lovely girls'.
They also offered outstanding care towards the service user's wife - they comforted her and listened to any concerns she may had and supported her with general 'chit chat' which made a difference to her.
As a good friend and neighbour of both, we were caring for the service user before his situation deteriorated and they took the pressure off us.
Thank you for everything - we'll always be grateful.

Excellent care received from all the Bluebird Care staff. Very responsive and willing. I don't hesitate to recommend this agency who are looking after my parents. The service provided by Bluebird Care has been excellent in all respects. With Bluebird's advice and assistance, the worrying and stressful process of moving my Father from a Care Home back to his own home has been made seamless. Bluebird have been on hand to answer all my questions at the drop of a
hat, they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to make both my Dad and myself feel reassured. Now back at home with a live-in care package in place, we are so impressed with the level of care provided by Bluebird. My Dad is treated with complete respect, kindness and compassion. He has regained his dignity, and with delicious home-cooked meals, he is slowly regaining his strength. His carers are highly experienced and we feel confident that he is receiving the highest standard of care at all times.

Bluebird Care Pontypridd and their careers have vastly improved my quality of life, personal care and well-being with their support, and I could not be more grateful to have their help. Their carers genuinely care, and you couldn’t ask for more kind, diligent, thorough and thoughtful carers. Also, the
admin team are very accommodating and patient, and will do their very best to get back to you with what you need, as soon as possible. I wish I could give them 10/5! If you are looking to have care, I couldn’t recommend Bluebird Pontypridd any higher!
