Bluebird Care cares for my mother-in-law and during the last two months, my husband has been very ill, Bluebird has really supported myself and my mother-in-law in making sure she is okay whilst I can't be there as I normally am. She has had good days and bad days but they have really been brilliant
in helping keep her schedule and making things flow as comfortably for her whilst I wasn't able to. They have not only supported my mother-in-law but also myself during a really tough time and have helped us so much. We have an amazing team who always go above and beyond on a daily basis, not just for the client they are attending to but for the family around the client.
My mother-in-law calls them her family and her face lights up when they come for her calls, she's always clean and looks amazing with little special touches, her room is always filled with laughter, singing and even dancing when able.
We really couldn't give her the chance to stay in her own house without them.

We have been using Bluebird Care for the past 3 months since my dad came out of hospital after having a stroke. They are a very professional and caring team.
All at Bluebird have been amazing, very kind and helpful. They have genuine concerns for my dad and have taken the time to get to know him. They
have helped him to adjust back into his home, and addressed all our concerns with this process.
The service Bluebird provide is excellent. They have a very efficient and easy way by use of an app, to keep you updated. A schedule is shown and notes from every visit from the carers.
They are very resourceful if there are any issues and the office will also contact you if there is something you may need to deal with.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at carers for their family. They have helped my dad to adjust to being back home and without them this option would not have been feasible for him.
Thank you to all of you for helping my dad to be in his own home.

From the very first meeting, I knew we were dealing with a professional, well-organised and caring team, both in the office and in the community.
The carers were amazing, taking the time to listen to our concerns, getting to know my aunt’s personality and caring for her in a way that suited each and
every situation they came across with care, respect and dignity.
The dashboard app, where you can log in at any time of day to see extensive notes, staff scheduling times and much more was an excellent addition to the excellent hands-on care provided.

The service provided has been excellent. My dad likes all the carers who come to see him. I like that if a new carer starts, a familiar carer comes as well and introduces them. The app that they provide is excellent, with a daily update, once the carer has clocked out.

Carers and office staff were all very supportive and helpful. During very bad weather in January, I did expect carers to have difficulty and possibly miss some calls, but in spite of living at the top of a very steep hill and ice and snow making it very hazardous, we had all our usual calls. Carers
left their cars at the bottom of the hill and walked up to us when suitable transport was not available.

After searching for a carer for my husband for quite a long time, I found Bluebird Care. They were an answer to my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They always arrive on time and are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and besides treating my husband really well,
they are always ready to listen to my woes. I am really glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

My mother has been cared for by Bluebird Care Pontypridd for several months now and I am pleased to say that I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided. The carers are very considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have built up an excellent rapport with my mother

Having used Bluebird for a little over a month I have found they have been most accommodating and the carers have been very kind and friendly to my mum who has dementia. Following a fall one of the carers stayed on the floor with her for almost 2 hours keeping her comfortable whilst awaiting the ambulance.
All the carers are lovely and the management is very approachable and understanding. I would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird to care for your loved one.

From the moment the manager came out to see myself and my dad to discuss his needs and care plan, I felt that Bluebird were the right company to provide the care required.
All the carers have been great with my dad who gets quite confused but they all deal with him very sympathetically. Although my
dad doesn't think that he needs carers, he always enjoys their company which is the reason for them visiting when I go to my office to work.
I would definitely recommend Bluebird to others, I have found them very easy and accommodating.

I have recently used Bluebird Care for my elderly mother whilst I was on holiday. As her main carer, this was the first time we had used a carers service and was very apprehensive. However, from the initial assessment, myself and my mother were made to feel at ease.
All the carers have treated my
mother with respect and made her feel safe and comfortable. She has enjoyed the additional company so much, as they have all been so kind and friendly that we are looking to continue the care. I would highly recommend Bluebird carers to others.

We had an amazing respite service from Bluebird Care Pontypridd. They placed a live-in carer for my grandmother while we went on holiday. They quoted a very reasonable price and were responsive and professional from initial enquiry through to the final handover when we got home. They handled everything
while we were away, including liaising with her GP when it unexpectedly became necessary, and my grandmother even asked their carer to move in permanently!
Cannot recommend Bluebird enough. Having personal experience with several other agencies in the area, Bluebird were a breath of fresh air and will be our first choice from now on.

Mum has said to me on many occasions that she feels so lucky having Bluebird looking after her needs, as she says, "all her girls are fabulous, she can't fault any of them. She does have her favourites but says they are all fantastic. They have made her time so much more than it would have been. They
treat her with kindness, patients, and most importantly, dignity and care. I, myself, can't fault any of them; they are always punctual and dedicated to caring for Mum, and when we have a really bad day, not only do they lift Mum's spirits but mine too. They are more than a care team; they are our friends and support. Thank you all that have dealt with Mum; we could not have asked for any more than you gave.

The service provided by Bluebird has been of a very high standard. The personal interaction in putting the plan in place was very reassuring and all of the team who have provided day to day care visits have been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

I am the very first customer of Bluebird Care in Pontypridd. The manager, came out and met with me and wrote up a care plan about me and my needs. And they have never failed to deliver what they promised. If I need to make any changes the manager comes back out and writes them down and then makes those
adjustments for me. She also sends me a rota each week so I know who to expect for my calls.
The whole team are lovely. Even the new girls who are still learning always try their best to get everything right for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they do everything I ask. I would not ever want to change care companies.

I have been given the confidence to know that Bluebird carers carry out care to a high standard they are, polite and friendly and was quick to adapt to situations that many carers would find distressing. They are professional accommodating transparent and any concerns are dealt with quickly. It is
easy to see that the carers are managed by competent caring and empathetic managers and are always happy to work with families to ensure the best outcome for their clients. I am very happy with the service.

I contacted Bluebird Care on behalf of my mother in November of 2021 a care plan was put in place very quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough. The few times that I have spoken on the phone or face to face they have been very professional.
