I relocated to Pontypridd last June and live alone. I am so glad I found Bluebird care. I I now have a sense of security that they are there to help me. All best wishes and thanks to you all.

Our experience since having Bluebirds support in the requirements needed by my wife and I ,have been extremely efficient, caring and professional. We found the team adaptable and understanding to sometimes our changing needs. From first contact with the company,.we felt confident that we had made the right choice .

Having recently started using Bluebird's services for my mum, it has been so heartening for us to see what a great job has been done by her carers. Recently there was a bit of an incident where things became a little overwhelming and the carer on the day of this incident was absolutely superb. When I got to meet her recently, it was so wonderful to see how great she is with Mum. To be honest- all of the carers have been great, but that incident was very stressful for the family, so it was reassuring to see that Mum was in such good hands. The family portal is brilliant too, allowing us to check in on how everything's going at the touch of a button.

They are very responsive when I need to increase visits in the short term when my parents need extra help and the companionship offered by all the carers is exceptional.

Bluebird Care Pontypridd and their careers have vastly improved my quality of life, personal care and well-being with their support, and I could not be more grateful to have their help. Their carers genuinely care, and you couldn’t ask for more kind, diligent, thorough and thoughtful carers. Also, the admin team are very accommodating and patient, and will do their very best to get back to you with what you need, as soon as possible. I wish I could give them 10/5! The service provided has been excellent. My dad likes all the carers who come to see him. I like that if a new carer starts, a familiar carer comes as well and introduces them. The app that they provide is excellent, with a daily update, once the carer has clocked out.

The staff were polite and efficient. Some even made me laugh.

I find Bluebird Care to be reliable, friendly and very professional.

Carers and office staff were all very supportive and helpful. During very bad weather in January, I did expect carers to have difficulty and possibly miss some calls, but in spite of living at the top of a very steep hill and ice and snow making it very hazardous, we had all our usual calls. Carers left their cars at the bottom of the hill and walked up to us when suitable transport was not available.

After searching for a carer for my husband for quite a long time, I found Bluebird Care. They were an answer to my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They always arrive on time and are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and besides treating my husband really well, they are always ready to listen to my woes. I am really glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

My mother has been cared for by Bluebird Care Pontypridd for several months now and I am pleased to say that I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided. The carers are very considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have built up an excellent rapport with my mother and are very knowledgeable with regard to her needs.
