Bluebird care agency recently took on an element of my uncle's care package, commissioned by the NHS. It has been a pleasure to communicate with them from the outset. Any queries have been answered promptly and with a genuine sense of caring.
The managers and carers have all been very professional
in their approach - keen to ensure the service they deliver meets my uncle's needs. Every carer involved in delivering his care is highly conscientious, polite and friendly, taking the time to build a good rapport and promote his wellbeing. We are very happy with the service they provide.
