Bluebird Care Pontypridd

Having used Bluebird for a little over a month I have found they have been most accommodating and the carers have been very kind and friendly to my mum who has dementia. Following a fall one of the carers stayed on the floor with her for almost 2 hours keeping her comfortable whilst awaiting the ambulance. All the carers are lovely and the management is very approachable and understanding. I would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird to care for your loved one.

All the carers have treated my mother with respect and made her feel safe and comfortable. She has enjoyed the additional company so much, as they have all been so kind and friendly that we are looking to continue the care. I would highly recommend Bluebird carers to others.

Cannot recommend Bluebird enough. Having personal experience with several other agencies in the area, Bluebird were a breath of fresh air and will be our first choice from now on.

Mum has said to me on many occasions that she feels so lucky having Bluebird looking after her needs, as she says, "all her girls are fabulous, she can't fault any of them. She does have her favourites but says they are all fantastic. They have made her time so much more than it would have been. They treat her with kindness, patients, and most importantly, dignity and care. I, myself, can't fault any of them; they are always punctual and dedicated to caring for Mum, and when we have a really bad day, not only do they lift Mum's spirits but mine too. They are more than a care team; they are our friends and support. Thank you all that have dealt with Mum; we could not have asked for any more than you gave.

The service provided by Bluebird has been of a very high standard. The personal interaction in putting the plan in place was very reassuring and all of the team who have provided day to day care visits have been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

The whole team are lovely. Even the new girls who are still learning always try their best to get everything right for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they do everything I ask. I would not ever want to change care companies.

I have been given the confidence to know that Bluebird carers carry out care to a high standard they are, polite and friendly and was quick to adapt to situations that many carers would find distressing. They are professional accommodating transparent and any concerns are dealt with quickly. It is easy to see that the carers are managed by competent caring and empathetic managers and are always happy to work with families to ensure the best outcome for their clients. I am very happy with the service.

I contacted Bluebird Care on behalf of my mother in November of 2021 a care plan was put in place very quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough. The few times that I have spoken on the phone or face to face they have been very professional.

The managers and carers have all been very professional in their approach - keen to ensure the service they deliver meets my uncle's needs. Every carer involved in delivering his care is highly conscientious, polite and friendly, taking the time to build a good rapport and promote his wellbeing. We are very happy with the service they provide.
