I had a cataract procedure done. I needed help as I could not drive immediately and I was advised to avoid bending down. I was also advised to get someone to help me to administer eye drops if I struggle.
I searched for a short term carer to help me with activities of daily living just for four weeks. I paid for four weeks. I was ok after three weeks and I asked the carer to go. I was 100% satisfied with the service that I received from my carer. I am very happy to recommend Lenpat Ltd carers to anyone or any family looking for a care/support service provider.
My close friend used Lenpat Ltd staff when she had a knee replacement in December 2021. Every time I visit my friend to support her I meet these Carers from Lenpat Ltd. They treated my friend with dignity and respect. Also very nice to her visitors. They assisted my friend with personal care, shopping cooking and tidying the house. My friend said she paid privately for the care

The Registered Manager of Lenpat Limited is Ellen Ogiemwonyi, she has worked in a variety of social care settings for over 17 years. Prior to establishing Lenpat Limited, she has held the post of a senior care worker, and field supervisor with a care provider within the social and health care sector. Her aim is to ensure people who use the service feel confident in the service and Lenpat Limited is committed to delivering high quality support in accordance with the National minimum standards.
Ellen Ogiemwonyi level of expertise and experience promotes stability and continuity in the services offered and the value base required to develop the service in a professional and flexible way. Among other qualifications, an ongoing Diploma in Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care, Level 3 Diploma in health and social care (Adults), QCF Level 2 in Adult and Social Care and amongst other care certificates.
Margaret’s level of expertise and experience promotes stability and continuity in the services offered and the value base required to develop the service in a professional and flexible way. Among other qualifications, Margaret holds an MSc in Business Management, BSc in Public Administration, Level 5 QCF Diploma in Management and Leadership, Level 3 QCF in Adult and Social Care, and a Care Certificate.
