Lenpat Limited is a fully established care company currently operating in Cardiff and Bristol. They offer domiciliary care and support services for adults with varying degrees of support needs including, live-in, overnight support, sit-ins, Personal Assistance/Companionship services.

All staff are fully trained to very high standards and well experienced, with up-to-date DBS checks.

Lenpat Limited's services are person-centred and tailored to individual client needs. Their support services range from short 60 minutes visits to 24hrs live-in support services throughout the year.

The Manager works hard to ensure client satisfaction and care is provided to optimum standards of excellence. They endeavour to ensure regular staff for their clients who require long-term services in their own homes. There is always a staff on-call as part of their contingency plans.

I had a cataract procedure done. I needed help as I could not drive immediately and I was advised to avoid bending down. I was also advised to get someone to help me to administer eye drops if I struggle.


I searched for a short term carer to help me with activities of daily living just for four

weeks. I paid for four weeks. I was ok after three weeks and I asked the carer to go. I was 100% satisfied with the service that I received from my carer. I am very happy to recommend Lenpat Ltd carers to anyone or any family looking for a care/support service provider.

When my friend had an accident she needed a live-in carer and someone recommended Lenpat Ltd. They rendered quality service and made sure she was always comfortable and her needs were meant. They were compassionate and understanding.

Prior to establishing Lenpat Limited, she has held the post of a senior care worker, and field supervisor with a care provider within the social and health care sector. Her aim is to ensure people who use the service feel confident in the service and Lenpat Limited is committed to delivering high quality support in accordance with the National minimum standards.


Ellen Ogiemwonyi level of expertise and experience promotes stability and continuity in the services offered and the value base required to develop the service in a professional and flexible way.
