Aqua Robson Care have been and are amazing. They have been caring for my mum since January 2023.
The staff have built such caring, friendly and positive relationships with both my mum (client) the family and friends. The two main carers for my mum are now more like extended family.
Whilst she was in hospital, they visited her several times. My mum was accompanied to A&E by her carer and he stayed with her until the early hours of the following morning because he knew she was worried about being on her own. My mum usually takes a while to take to and trust people, she also didn't really want to have carers. It was a necessity. I was somewhat surprised at how quickly the good relationship grew between my mum and her carers. Seeing the effort they put in to treat my mum with care, respect and a sense of humour. Getting to know her and how she likes things done they have gone above and beyond what they needed to do.

My husband's carer is very caring and dedicated. I have no complaints about the service so far. She is exemplary in the way she deals with my husband and myself. The agency responds quickly to my requests. There are no safeguarding issues about which we are concerned. I would recommend the agency to anyone.
