Overall Experience

The Aqua Robson team are amazing; they have helped so much with our son.
They go above and beyond for us as a family, and we are so grateful.
My son loves the team; he has a great time doing things with them and going out.

Overall Experience

Mum receives excellent care from the carers. They help her maintain her dignity at all times. Show a deep level of care and keep family members up to date with any issues that could be arising. I would recommend this company to anyone. They treat Mum how they would want their family members to be treated.

Overall Experience

Aqua Robson Care have been and are amazing. They have been caring for my mum since January 2023.
The staff have built such caring, friendly and positive relationships with both my mum (client) the family and friends. The two main carers for my mum are now more like extended family.
Whilst she was

in hospital, they visited her several times. My mum was accompanied to A&E by her carer and he stayed with her until the early hours of the following morning because he knew she was worried about being on her own. My mum usually takes a while to take to and trust people, she also didn't really want to have carers. It was a necessity. I was somewhat surprised at how quickly the good relationship grew between my mum and her carers. Seeing the effort they put in to treat my mum with care, respect and a sense of humour. Getting to know her and how she likes things done they have gone above and beyond what they needed to do.
Thank you Aqua Robson Care for all you have done. You are amazing!

Overall Experience

My aunt was looked after very well, and as a family, we did not have any questions or concerns with Aqua Robson Care home care agency. They were on time for their duties and even took extra time free of charge with my aunt. My aunt was well-presented and smart. Keep up the good job. Staff have good

communication skills.

Overall Experience

My husband's carer is very caring and dedicated. I have no complaints about the service so far. She is exemplary in the way she deals with my husband and myself. The agency responds quickly to my requests. There are no safeguarding issues about which we are concerned. I would recommend the agency to

anyone.
