Excellent, attentive and caring, professional service. Can't speak highly enough of the service they provide and the standards they work to. Our father is always treated with dignity and respect and he looks forward to their visits.

As a family we cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved in ensuring mums health and happiness is looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Multi Care.

I have recently changed care provider to Multi-care and have found them to be excellent. They are friendly, hard working and good time keepers and very professional. I look forward to their visits and they are becoming more like friends to me. I would certainly recommend them.

My Mum has overnight care and day visits from Multi-Care, and this has allowed her and my Dad to stay in their own home for the past year and hopefully for the foreseeable future. The carers are great - very kind and caring to my parents and friendly to the rest of the family - and always cheerful. The personal care they provide for my Mum is exceptional. In our experience, there has been little turn-over of staff, so they still see the same carers in a regular routine. Communication with me and my sister, both through the carers themselves and by the office staff has been excellent, and I have every confidence that they have my Mum's best interests at heart. They go out of their way to let us know about any issues and make district nurse referrals where necessary. Communication between the carers is also very good, so that any new care needs/issues are dealt with consistently. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My daughter uses Multi- care for her personal care needs. She has found them to be excellent carers. They are patient, hard working and very punctual. She has used a wide range of care agencies over the years and recently told me Multi -care are the best she has ever had. Great praise indeed.

Having no choice but to have carers to enable me to go home from hospital I wasn't keen at first but am so grateful to have been a client of mccs Burton on Trent for the past ten months they have been so kind to myself and my family nothing is too much trouble all staff that visit are friendly and the few times I've had contact with office staff they also are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff highly recommend anyone to use this company certainly wouldn't want anyone else to visit.

Quite simply one of the best care companies in the area.

If you are looking for a carer then don’t look any further than these guy’s having previous experience with my dad I can hand on my heart say they are the best.

Staff on the telephone are very helpful and polite, carers who are looking after my cousin are very efficient, kind, polite and great with care and support towards her, she is very happy and looks forward to them coming.

I have found that all the staff from Multi-Care are amazing. They all do their very best for my mum, they treat her with the greatest of respect and are so caring and kind. They are professional and knowledgeable. This care firm are the very best company we have ever had and we have had 3 different care firms and 2 were meant to be the best - I don’t think so, Multi-Care are top-notch, and I don’t think any other firm could ever be better.

Dad's carers are so attentive with him, helping him shower and shave and ensuring Dad is comfortable before they leave him day and evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always leave him with food and drink and if any concerns they raise them. If my dad is short on anything and they notice or they feel Dad could do with, they leave a message for me. Very happy knowing Dad is happy in his home.

Staff are really helpful, and they can't do enough for you. I would be lost without them. They get me up in the morning, give me a wash and get me breakfast, then they come back at dinnertime give me bed pan, give me a meal. Then they come back at tea and give me cake and coffee and bedpan, then they come back at night and give me a bedpan and hot chocolate and put me to bed till morning. They are brilliant, thanks for the great service.

Dad has been more settled since we moved to Multi-Care Community Services Burton. His timings are pretty static, they speak to Dad about what service will be provided in a calm manner. He feels his needs are managed. The team are polite and respectful too which in a busy home is very much appreciated. Dad is content and we are happy with the service he is receiving.

Multi-Care Community Services always provides a first-class service to my mother. They are very proactive and always keep me informed of what is happening and if there are any problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional care.

In the main, the carers are good, they come in do their job and leave the place tidy. My wife seems to be relaxed in general with the care she receives. Most of the carers are willing to go the extra bit if required.

This care company is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble. It’s, by far, the best care I have ever received. They are punctual, polite and attentive. I can honestly say that this company has helped me to enjoy my life again, even if I do have a disability. The management is excellent and allow me to alternate my care package to suit my needs (social outings) etc. Management communicates well with social workers, occupational therapists etc. to ensure my well-being is met with the highest standard. Medication is given and documented with scrutiny and supplies are delivered so nothing runs out. They go above and beyond to meet your needs, they really do. Big shout out to the manager and the rest of the team! Thank you.
