I just wanted to say how very happy I am with the optimum care for the support my friend has received. The service provided has been excellent, and all of her needs have been met with great attention and professionalism. My mum's receives care 4 x a day visits.


Mum is 94 and after having a fall over a year ago required more longer-term care. I contacted 9 other providers before speaking with Sahar, the Manager at Optimum Care. Her kind and comforting voice and demeanour put me at rest straight away.


We receive

regular updates and visits to assess mum's care and needs. Mum has the same caters coming in to keep consistent and to form a good relationship and supportive, befriender who tends to and delivers personal care and support.


The ladies are all lovely, very attentive, kind and caring. They are professional and go out of their way to support mum. This means mum can stay in her home and live out her life with dignity, love and support.


I highly recommend Optimum Care and their services to you.

Excellent service manager, goes out of her way, is knowledgeable and understands my son’s needs. The carer is great, and has a good understanding of autism.
We are very happy with the service. My son has been very happy. We have had previous care providers that did not meet our needs the way Optimum

When my mother was discharged from the hospital initially in December 2022, I chose Optimum as her care provider because they submitted a care plan that closely met the criteria that I had I had specified. From day one, their service has been first class, with the carers being very friendly and sympathetic.
When my mother had a further spell in hospital in January 2023, the company kept closely in touch with me regarding her condition, and when she was discharged, again, they ensured that carers were on hand to welcome her home and settle her back in her bed. They have also kept in constant touch with the local NHS Community Nursing Services to ensure that my mother got the treatment and equipment that she required for her medical condition. I would thoroughly recommend Optimum Care to anyone who needs care.

My Nan has been using Optimum care for the past 5 months or so. Having had experience with previous care providers they stand out for their genuine interest in and dedication to care!
The management team play an active role in Nan's care. The carers who visit are polite, punctual, cheerful and eager
to help Nan to be comfortable and happy. They've built up a really positive and compassionate relationship with my Nan which makes a huge difference to her. Having the same carers visit means the care given is consistent and reliable.
I feel confident that my Nan is not only receiving a very high standard of care but will continue to do so.

The ladies who work for this company really bring love and care into their work. They go above and beyond for the care user and their families. Mum has had many care companies over the last six years. Optimum Care are absolutely the best. Mum lives on her own and has 4 double-up visits every day. The carers are all lovely, kind, gentle and understand and support her many needs. They are timely, friendly, very professional and know exactly what
mum needs. Communication with Mum and us the family is excellent, always readily available to speak to and to advise and support us as Mum's needs develop. Mum is very very happy with the lovely carers and the support she receives from them and if Mum is happy then so are we! Without them, Mum would not be able to live so happily on her own and in her own home. This is an excellent care company and I could not recommend them highly enough. They are first class. Thank you to the fabulous Optimum Care team.

All the carers arrive very promptly, they are approachable and willing together extra mile to make the client happy. Queries are answered readily. Manager very knowledgeable and courteous.
