While we used Bespoke Care Services East Dorset Ltd. The carers were outstanding and amiable. With the patience of saints. This enabled my siblings and me to have peace of mind understanding that our mother was being looked after exceptionally well. The ladies were amiable and exceedingly kind to our mama. They were faultless and the assistance was absolutely outstanding. Their skill sets were extraordinary, especially considering that she was an exceptionally difficult lady to look after. Not only that but she was kept clean and tidy and had an immaculate appearance. Nothing was too much trouble for them, taking her to the doctor and dentist and etcetera. In addition, whenever possible the manager would take her out for a ride in the country and to afternoon tea in the hotels nearby. All three of us commend the lady in charge of her team to be supportive and always there to deal with problems asap. Her colleagues were exceptional. Thank you to all of her staff.

Excellent carers and a very well-run organisation. The best yet. Top-class carers who are very concerned about their patient. We receive a weekly schedule, to which they mostly adhere. When unforeseen circumstances arise, we are used notified at once. All in all an excellent carers service.

Bespoke Care Services was chosen by NHS Commissioned service to provide care to my relative. We first met staff from Bespoke when they came to assess our needs. The staff listened to the details we provided and drew up a care plan which has since been reviewed with the support of my relative's family. At the beginning things took a while to settle down, we were advised that Bespoke were recruiting for new staff to meet the developing local needs. The manager was always available to listen and discuss how the service was being experienced. Once new staff had been recruited we were provided with a small efficient team to support us in caring for my relative. We requested staff that were trained and experienced or had skills that would fit well with our loved one's needs. We have been very pleased with the care, kindness and skills of the team while the office staff keep everything ticking over well. Without everyone's efforts and commitment, we wouldn't have been able to support our loved one at home. Thank you.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with your service, you never let us down, always try and deal with changes in my parent's circumstances as quickly as you are able and cope with difficult personalities with aplomb and humour. I live a five hour journey away and knowing your carers are going in has done much to reduce my anxiety.

The staff and managers of this company were known to us for a few years before my mother-in-law became ill with norovirus. They had cared for her daily for those years. During the last few weeks of our 100-year-old mother's life, she was able to be cared for by people she knew, and we ourselves were supported by these lovely, caring, practical people. They made themselves available to us above and beyond our expectations, and truly, thank them for their commitment.
