Bespoke have been providing dementia companion care for my father for around 5 months now. It was all new to us and very overwhelming, but I felt at ease with the manager straight away. Nothing felt like too much trouble. My dad's situation was unique as he’s only 61 years old and needs little personal
care, but needs companionship, so my family and I get some respite. The manager tailored a plan for us and we now have a lovely permanent carer who sees my father twice a week, and we honestly couldn’t wish for someone better. It’s the best decision we’ve made and it’s made such a positive impact on both my father and our lives.
We also have different carers who visit once a week and they’re all so friendly. If ever I’ve had any minor issues, I’ve spoken to the manager and the team and they’ve resolved them straight away.
I would definitely recommend using Bespoke if you’re looking for care. We used to care for my father on our own, and it really is life-changing to accept help and care.

Very happy perfect carer's polite professional and caring and I look forward to my visits with them. I've had other agency providers in the past (due to new tenders etc) and I can honestly say Bespoke Care Services East Dorset Ltd has been the best. I'm going to ask my social worker if they can continue
to renew my agency with Bespoke when it comes up for review.

I have had the privilege of seeing good care in action. Bespoke Care looked after me and my husband was in the last stage of his life and was dying from Mesothelioma. The respect and dignity shown to my husband was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers had so much compassion and understanding
of his needs, I learnt a lot from them.
I would recommend Bespoke Care to anyone who is trying to manage the care of a loved one.

While we used Bespoke Care Services East Dorset Ltd. The carers were outstanding and amiable. With the patience of saints. This enabled my siblings and me to have peace of mind understanding that our mother was being looked after exceptionally well. The ladies were amiable and exceedingly kind to our
mama. They were faultless and the assistance was absolutely outstanding. Their skill sets were extraordinary, especially considering that she was an exceptionally difficult lady to look after. Not only that but she was kept clean and tidy and had an immaculate appearance. Nothing was too much trouble for them, taking her to the doctor and dentist and etcetera. In addition, whenever possible the manager would take her out for a ride in the country and to afternoon tea in the hotels nearby. All three of us commend the lady in charge of her team to be supportive and always there to deal with problems asap. Her colleagues were exceptional. Thank you to all of her staff.

The overall care and attention given to my mother were very good. As with any personal service, the attitude and proficiency of the individual staff members are critical. There was a range of performance from the staff however those who had been helping longest understood her requirements better and
naturally built a stronger relationship. The support from the company manager was very good. On those occasions when we needed extra help or overnight attention it was quickly forthcoming.
It was sometimes felt that the schedules the carers had were too tight giving them little latitude in altering the degree of care to the circumstances of the day.

Excellent carers and a very well-run organisation. The best yet. Top-class carers who are very concerned about their patient. We receive a weekly schedule, to which they mostly adhere. When unforeseen circumstances arise, we are used notified at once. All in all an excellent carers service.

Bespoke Care Services was chosen by NHS Commissioned service to provide care to my relative. We first met staff from Bespoke when they came to assess our needs. The staff listened to the details we provided and drew up a care plan which has since been reviewed with the support of my relative's family.
At the beginning things took a while to settle down, we were advised that Bespoke were recruiting for new staff to meet the developing local needs. The manager was always available to listen and discuss how the service was being experienced. Once new staff had been recruited we were provided with a small efficient team to support us in caring for my relative. We requested staff that were trained and experienced or had skills that would fit well with our loved one's needs. We have been very pleased with the care, kindness and skills of the team while the office staff keep everything ticking over well. Without everyone's efforts and commitment, we wouldn't have been able to support our loved one at home. Thank you.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with your service, you never let us down, always try and deal with changes in my parent's circumstances as quickly as you are able and cope with difficult personalities with aplomb and humour. I live a five hour journey away and knowing your carers are going in has
done much to reduce my anxiety.

The staff and managers of this company were known to us for a few years before my mother-in-law became ill with norovirus. They had cared for her daily for those years. During the last few weeks of our 100-year-old mother's life, she was able to be cared for by people she knew, and we ourselves were
supported by these lovely, caring, practical people. They made themselves available to us above and beyond our expectations, and truly, thank them for their commitment.
