My support team and I work well together. I enjoy a helping hand and the company as well. We all work well together, and each of us gets along amazingly.

This is the second time that I have experienced Home Instead's services. They have enabled my friend to remain independent, still live at home safely, and be content. Excellent communications, no pressure or hard selling. Caring, hard working staff, good levels of cover, peace of mind. They have been there for advice for me too. I would definitely recommend using Home Insteads services.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead. Their customer service is exceptional and their staff are excellent.

Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. In most cases, they go 'above and beyond what is expected of them. Management could, on occasion be more efficient in communication with customers. Overall pleased with the service I receive.

The carer my mother currently has is excellent and is doing a brilliant job in difficult circumstances. However, during most of the 3 months I have been using Home Instead I have had a number of diassapointing experiences with the administration and managment. I have raised this with the appropriate person and and I hope these have now been resolved. Ask me again in another 3 months.

Changeover of staff has been seamless & reviews held regularly. Online access to notes help keep the family aware of how visits & trips out have gone. Thank you so much for providing this service.

I am very pleased with the care provided. My care professional was matched to my personality and needs and the lady is very kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have a great laugh. I am also pleased that I have the same carer since the beginning of the service and the time of the visits are suited to me not the company. The care is also for a minimum of 1 hours so nothing feels like a rush and we get a chance to chat and laugh together.The company is very professional and caring and the communications are outstanding.

I was looking for someone to come into our home to be a companion for my husband when I am going out . He has been living with cancer plus other health issues for sometime and more recently dementia has started to join in as well . It gives me assurance when I go out to know he has someone there and gives him another person in his life to chat to. Homeinstead try to match up with his interests and most importantly treat him as a person with respect and empathy. They are a very caring company providing whatever kind of support your loved one requires .

Home Instead were engaged to provide one to one support for our daughter. Our overall experience with Home Instead was very positive. Their planning of the support delivery was thorough and fully reflected our views on what was required to support our daughter. Their communication with us was very effective. We would like to thank the team at Home Instead and have no hesitation in recommending their support services to other families.

Home Instead provide care and companionship to my parents twice weekly. The management are excellent, coming out to do a comprehensive assessment and really getting to know the service users. The carers who have visited my parents have all been professional, polite and courteous and most importantly caring and friendly. Communication between the company and the family is excellent and there are regular reviews which is really helpful. The process of looking for carers was very daunting, but Home Instead really made it so much easier for us. I highly recommend their service.

We have been working with Home Instead for two years and they have gone from providing simple companionship for our mother to providing a more comprehensive 24/7 live-in/supportive service as her disease (Alzheimer's) has progressed. This has meant recruiting different types of employees over the course of the two years - employees who are always helpful, engaged with my mother and always seeking ways to keep her stimulated, happy and safe. Home Instead has even managed to hire staff who speak my mother's languages, look after her pet, cook the food she loves and understand the culture she grew up in. With the progression of the disease, this has been critical as she regresses to her childhood self. I cannot express how much of the heavy lifting that Home Instead has done for us as a family; not just providing peace of mind but also tips and tricks for dealing with this disease.

Most importantly my mum has built up an excellent rapport with her carers and really looks forward to their visits, they certainly brighten up her day!

The staff are cheery, friendly and professional. Our mum enjoys their company and it gives us reassurance that she is being well looked after. We find Home Instead easy to work with and very reliable.

We truly appreciate the care, support and kindness given to our mum, by Home Instead, when she was in need. Home Instead gave us a lifeline and was vital in keeping our mum in her own home for as long as possible. In particular, we thank the care pros for their excellent work. Kind and caring staff, who take the time to get to know the clients, good communication for family members, keeping us up-to-date daily with the visits made. Helpful with any additional requests, always on time, very reliable and highly recommended.

High standard of service with clear, regular updates. Assistance was given at short notice which was greatly appreciated. All care providers were friendly, kind, and proficient. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.
