During my studies, I enjoyed several voluntary roles with Adults and older people that significantly helped clients and their families and after relocating back to Scotland in 2018 I was keen to move back into a more people-focused business where I could really make a difference, this led me to Home Instead.
My simple ambition is to be Inverclyde and North Ayrshire’s care employer and provider of choice using my extensive business experience to establish Home Instead at the heart of the local community.

After completing a CPD in Human Resources at Strathclyde University I began a career that took me to various companies including Siemens Global. After taking a career break to raise my children I became self-employed, running a business in child-care. This ignited my passion to join the care sector.
After joining Home Instead (Greenock) in June 2022 my focus is to help the business develop and fulfil my role in delivering the highest level of care to our clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and walking our dog.
