Since being discharged from hospital, my brother has received care from New Venture .
The team have been wonderful and the gentleman I have been liaising with who has managed the package of support, has been exceptional.
He has followed things up without delay and always kept me well informed about
procedures and available resources.
Thank you. This professionalism has been so welcome in very stressful circumstances.

Overall, very happy with care currently. Always has 3 consistent carers which is appreciated and provides good care knowledge of my father.
Timings are vey good. Carers are very patient do their best to make my dad happy and comfortable.

I have been cared for by this company for over two years. My regular carers are excellent. They currently come in four times a day and are polite, friendly, very caring and usually arrive around the confirmed time. I have found the company to be very accommodating when occasionally i have requested
a change of visit time. My wife and I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and caring organisation.

On the whole satisfactory especially as we have one particular carer as a recent attendant
Not so good with other carer particuarly timings.

Firstly, all dealings with the management team have been polite helpful and ambiguous.
The carers have without exception treated me with patience, respect and humor and true professionalism.
In addition the application of medication has been handled satisfactorily.

I find that he is pleasant, kind and thoughtful. He is very mindful and communicates very well with my brother. I have had no problem with the service and I find that everyone has been very helpful with taking care of my brother.

Since coming out of hospital and having been diagnosed with severe spinal degeneration and nerve damage I am now bedbound. I was very concerned about the care package I had been allocated and the care I would receive but all I can say is that all the carers and managers are wonderful. They are patient
with me and my various problems. I find that they are so kind, caring, honest and always smart and clean and tidy. Always bring a smile to my and my family's faces, so much so that we as a family are happy we can keep them on as my permanent care provider. They have become part of the family and we are grateful and thankful.
