Excellent A star service . From the very first day to the last my mother has been so happy and relieved of her service from A2Z Homecare . She was treated with utmost respect , love and care. Very respectful staff and very punctual. My mother's health after her knee surgery has improved significantly and she's also very grateful to their excellent management.

I am kept informed if there is anything they feel I should know and I highly recommend A2Z Homecare to anyone looking for care for a loved one and needing peace of mind.

A2Z are suppling professional yet kind and gentle care to my cousin. They helped facilitate making the environment both clean and safe and have reacted at short notice to fill in an emergency gaps in my cousin's care. She loves her time with the carer and it gives us, her cousins, peace of mind.

We have been so very happy with the care, compassion and attention provided by the manager and the carer, with both the overall care oversight/management as well as the day-to-day handling of my dad.

The manager ensures that we are always fully informed of and involved with my dad's care, and the carer has been fantastic with managing my dad's personal needs with a gentleness that brings us comfort.

The manager has been very responsive and flexible around our needs - and has a very good understanding of how to deal with people with dementia. There has been some variation between different carers, but the service provided has been what my father needs at this time regarding his personal hygiene.

Admin work is not satisfactory. A few times I received invoices for other people. After I notified them, I did not receive my own invoices. I'm not sure if our invoices have gone to others or not. This is a serious issue of breaking the code of confidentiality.

Your service has been excellent all along. Sadly my husband would not say the same as he has dementia and hates to be touched especially someone washing him.

Use their services to take my daughter into the community. The staff are very pleasant and have the correct training for my daughter's condition. I feel able to talk to them about any problems and sort them out. They cannot do enough to ensure my daughter is happy and well looked after. I feel I can relax knowing the staff can deal with anything that should occur whilst she is with them.

I telephoned the manager directly and he came to meet my mum and dad. He was on time and professional. He's been over to my dad's house twice now to give him a shower, and he's always been polite, friendly, and punctual. I would recommend the manager. Thanks.

I was very happy with the service and I plan on using the service again. They have been so accommodating, especially with the timings I wanted on a day-to-day basis, they have been extremely professional and dedicated. I would highly recommend them.

The carer is consistent, so Mum is not confused by different people. They are always polite, professional, caring and punctual. They know exactly what needs to be done, do it respectfully and don't leave until Mum is comfortable.

Genuinely exceptional service. The carers are highly competent, keep you informed and handle situations with confidence. Special thanks to the manager, always accessible & fast to find answers.

This was for a short-term service and it went well. We are planning on using the service again in the near future. Speaking and arranging with the management for my father was easy enough. Payment is online.

My family are very happy with the service we are getting we feel they are very supportive of my sister-in-law who is the main carer. They have been so supportive, polite, caring and kind. They go beyond the lines of duty to provide care. The service has been more than fantastic! I would highly recommend.

A2Z has been looking after Mum since May 2022. The family is more than happy with the service provided and would gladly recommend A2Z to anyone seeking help with an elderly relative. Our main concern was making sure that Mum took her daily meds and had someone popping in every day to check on her well-being. The manager keeps a very careful eye on all of Mum's needs and will quickly get in touch with any concerns. I know Mum looks forward to her daily chats and morning cuppa with him!

Having experienced poor care from a previous supplier, A2Z Homecare has been a very positive change. They engage with my Mother and keep an eye on her cleanliness, well-being and alert me to any issues that need addressing. They spend the time that they're contracted to deliver and do not try to cut corners. My Mother is very happy and I feel safe in the knowledge she is looked after very well, especially as I live abroad. My Aunt visited recently and told me how good she thought they were and she had only met them twice.
