My husband has been using Pilea Home Care for six months

The company is efficient, and communication is good.

The Carer(s) are very friendly, and understand my husbands needs.

always ensuring that he is safe, and they communicate with him well.

My husband is now able to enjoy fishing, shopping, and swimming

receiving all the help and support he needs in all these activities.

Knowing that my husband is safe and happy, allows me time to attend

any appointments or catch up with friends.

The staff are always quick to respond to any request or query.

I know my mum is in good hands. They take very good care and any problems, I get a phone call. My mum is very happy with all the staff give her. A big thank you from us all.

Overall Experience

I have been highly satisfied with all my carers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so good to me, I cannot fault anyone. The only thing I don't like is having to take all the medication together when I just woke up. They are all so well-mannered.

Overall Experience
My nan had been with them for over 6 months.
Throughout her whole care, we felt her needs were met at all times and we all felt listened to.
The communication from the carers to us was amazing updating us on my nan. My nan had 3 regular carers which made my nan feel safe and secure and she built lovely connections with these carers. The owners of the company are easily contacted and very supportive.

I couldn't have wished for a better care company to have looked after my nan through a very difficult stage of her life.

Overall Experience

As a close friend of the client I visited regularly and have witnessed the empathy and kindness that the carers provided, they are extremely patient and supportive in what was sometimes very difficult circumstances, they were consistent and punctual, I hope in the future that if I ever needed carers they would be as fantastic.

Overall Experience

I may have only been wth this company for the last couple of months, but through that time the care from my carers has been exemplary. They are patient, kind beyond belief, full of empathy and overall they make me feel relaxed. The management are always available at the end of the phone if any problems arise, reassuring with a quick resolution to any worries I may have. Nothing is too much trouble, always with a professional caring face.
