What more could you want from a Homecare service?!

Eternal Homecare have been looking after both my parents for a few years now and I couldn't ask for a more helpful, friendly and professional service. The management team are very responsive to any issues that arise and provide a great support to my family as we seek to provide my parents with the best quality of life that we can, in their final years. My parents are cared for by a very small number of regular carers who keep to very regular times. Particularly helpful for me has been Eternal's ability to support me in communicating with the GP, pharmacists and district nursing services on my parents' behalf. They have also readily adapted the care they provide according to the swiftly changing needs of my parents. I also very much appreciate the communication I have regularly from the team, keeping me very up to date about all issues that arise regarding my parents' health and well-being. I would very much recommend Eternal's services to anyone else in our situation.

Excellent care provided for my father. Dad has a good rapport with his carer and has become a member of the family. Great relief to the family knowing he is being looked after when we are not able to provide family care for him.

Very caring and respectful and treat my father with respect. They have taken control of medication and dealing with the prescriptions service. Very reassuring to know that they have my father's best interests in mind. The management is always available and will answer the phone and reply to emails very promptly. Of the 4 home care providers I contacted Eternal Homecare just gave me the best feeling right from initial contact.

We are delighted with the care service being provided by Eternal Homecare. We are benefitting from a high-quality, full-time carer who regularly goes above and beyond our expectations in caring for my elderly father. Her team seniors continue to keep an eye out for continuous improvement, through spot-checks, and requesting specific feedback on areas for improvement. It was a really challenging process to find a suitable care solution for dad, following a nearly two-month stay in the hospital, and with complex, evolving care needs. The Eternal leads crafted a really thoughtful care plan, the best of the three firms we shortlisted, and facilitated introductions to carers via calls on a social media platform, to gauge alignment with our expectations.

Since coming out of the hospital the care I have received has meant my family can come for a social visit rather than having to meet my care needs. I highly recommend Eternal Homecare they have been excellent!

Eternal Homecare cared for mum for several months following many falls and health issues. The management and staff were all excellent. They were very responsive to any queries that we had. Mum was always very happy to see the carers who were always kind and attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eternal Homecare.

The carers were kind and considerate. They dealt well with my father's behaviour when he was being difficult or inappropriate due to his dementia. It was easy to contact the office to discuss if we had any concerns

We used Eternal Homecare, Reading for Mum following her fall and breaking her hip. Both staff and management were exceptional, very pleasantly surprised with the care provided. Everyone was so kind to both Mum and myself. Mum was treated with respect, and the staff were kind and gentle with her and chatted with her throughout their visit. The care provided was second to none, and we couldn’t have asked them to do more. They took great care in washing and dressing her and chatted with her throughout, putting her at ease. I am only sorry our need came to an end, but should we need care again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them. Anyone reading these reviews before deciding who to use, can I say, you will not be disappointed if you use them. They certainly know their stuff but with a human approach. Well done Eternal!

They formed a bond with my mum towards the end of the care, both were sad to say goodbye. I’m sure if (or when) I’m in need of help, these carers will be top of the list. Many thanks to all that helped, it was very much appreciated.

We use this eternal home care for nearly two years. I found the service is good and the staff are really friendly and kind to my father. I am really happy to choose eternal home care to support my father's care.

I have found Dad's carers over the past 12 months reassuringly competent, reliable, trustworthy and above all compassionate. Dad has a particularly lovely bond with his current carer and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. The personal care provided is very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

My uncle has now been with the company for nearly a year. They have gone above and beyond for him, he gets on well with all his carers. There are times I haven't been able to do things for him as having children and also caring for my mum, but Eternal are there and they will help no questions asked. Which to me is the best, as to feel that you have support as a whole.

Very professional and caring. Takes great care in providing exceptional carers who take pride in their caring roles. The manager of the agency may also step in if a carer is unable to attend because of personal issues. The manager is very accommodating and my mom has built up a great relationship with them.
