I began my career as a Care Worker, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting vulnerable individuals and gained valuable frontline experience. Over time, I progressed within the field, expanding both my skills and responsibilities.
I later joined a start-up care organisation, where I took on a diverse role that included recruitment, staff training, and supporting CQC inspections. This experience allowed me to build a comprehensive understanding of care standards, regulatory requirements, and effective service delivery. I have also developed strong knowledge of local care resources, enabling me to provide well-rounded support to both clients and staff.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed instances of poor practice, errors, and, at times, unacceptable treatment of vulnerable individuals. These experiences shaped my professional values and reinforced my belief that care should always be delivered to a much higher standard—one that prioritises dignity, respect, and truly person-centred support.
Driven by my passion to make a meaningful difference, I founded Eternal Homecare Ltd in 2019. I aim to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that consistently meets the individual needs of each person we support while upholding the highest standards within the sector.
