Two years later, Walfinch Care continues to exceed expectations. My uncle's communication skills and well-being have improved dramatically. He genuinely likes all his carers and values their care. The team remains exceptionally proficient at medication management and maintaining his property. After
completing essential tasks, carers engage with him in a friend-to-friend manner, which has been invaluable for his emotional health. Management provides weekly schedules and proactive communication. The app offers wonderful peace of mind. I have no concerns and will continue choosing Walfinch for his care. Their consistency, professionalism, and genuine compassion make them an invaluable partner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional care services.

From our first contact to the end of the care support provided, Walfinch were faultless. We needed support for my elderly mother-in-law after my daughter's wedding. The Carer was amazing, it was so lovely for us not to have to worry or have any concerns and so we were very grateful. She was even so
kind as to run and buy some bandages for a leg wound and re-dress an injury which really was fantastic. 100% recommend with no hesitation, we would use again in a heartbeat, thank you so much!

Walfinch is a very reliable and efficient care agency.
My 97-year-old mother has been having carers in the mornings and they arrive promptly and are always polite and helpful.
Customer services are excellent and they are extremely communicative and understanding if we need to change anything; they
will accommodate our requests and nothing seems too much effort to arrange.
I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

My husband has Alzheimer's and dementia which is very complicated. I used Walfinch agency care to take care of him if I had to travel I couldn't be more satisfied and the kindness of the lady who came into our house was beyond what we were expecting! Also at the first call, everybody was so kind and
nice even if the disease makes it difficult sometimes …We are so grateful to have this agency nearby as we live in Chiswick.

I feel we were extremely lucky to have found this company- amazingly the first people I contacted. The management team are exemplary, warm, caring, empathetic and organised. They took so much time to get to know us and our particular needs. The caregiver consequently we have been allocated is perfect
and very much on our wavelength. Thank you, the universe for directing us to you and Walfinch for being exactly what is needed in a care provider.

As far as I am concerned, five stars are not enough! Walfinch has added so much pleasure to my life as well as made it easy to cope with my multiple health issues. I am also impressed by the efficiency with which they manage my schedules (which often change) and with which they handle the accounting
side. I would not dream of replacing them as my care organisation. Unsurprisingly, there is a marvellous esprit de corps amongst the carers and the office staff.

I registered with Walfinch in May 2023 for companionship for my mother who has Alzheimer’s. Unfortunately, my mother’s dementia declined and her needs dramatically changed, all the staff at Walfinch were a constant support at this very stressful time, and most importantly carers who were invaluable
in meeting mum’s complex physiological needs. Mum's care was to a high standard, gentle, affectionate, stimulated and at her pace.

Dealing with mum’s dementia has been very challenging for me and Walfinch have definitely helped me feel less anxious, they’ve helped me navigate the very daunting adult social care system by writing detailed care reviews. Carers also write detailed daily diaries on an app so I’m always updated.

I can recommend Walfinch.

I am exceedingly fond of my carer, we share the same standards and going out with her is fun! I call her speedy gonzales (when we use a borrowed wheelchair) but I have a state-of-the-art shopping trolly when my carer has gone on to her next client I am now sufficiently confident. I wish she was my granddaughter.

At now 87 years of age, I was aware I needed help in the home. My neighbour claimed to have previous experience with her father and offered advice - soon the first care home company were making their presentation, and a "match" was suggested. It was somewhat overwhelming but overall, sounded good enough,
and I engaged with them.
After a trial period, they were not always very organised. I gave notice and looked for another.
The second, also approved by my neighbour, was soon giving their complex presentation. Their caring turned out to e a misnomer, and in no way was their "match" appropriate.
Third time lucky? The lovely CEO of Walfinch arrived on time, and following the usual presentation, I/we had a very lengthy, interesting conversation.
Promptly, she presented me with her idea of a "match"; a more mature gent who fitted the bill perfectly. We happen to have an affinity and work comfortably in ways that are comfortable.
Furthermore, with my future and with the potential difficulties in mind, it is clear that Walfinch will be adaptable to my needs. Accordingly, come what may be the feeling of being comfortable, which is all one could hope for.

  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
